"My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Getaway very much! It was so clean and bright. Wonderful views of Lake Como and grounds. We didn’t have much time to explore and the kids were definitely disappointed we didn’t get to the pool, but it was wonderful. Very well appointed. Great job Monica!"

"This was a return trip after our first stay last year. The house fit 12 adults very comfortably. The view of the river is spectacular. Having two large tables we can all gather at for meals was wonderful. The yard is spacious, there is a large fire pit for sitting around the fire, and an easy access sand shoreline for launching a kayak. The host has all the information needed and provides contact numbers. Another year of memories!!"

"The property was perfect and house was clean. I appreciated all the extra blankets and bedding. The house has everything you need to cook even spices. We all loved all the lake toys from the kayaks to all the different floats and even yard games. The yard and private beach was great for our dog. Our dog could walk in and out of the lake at her leisure. My teen boys had a blast fishing all day and even at night. We all had a great time, cought lots of fish and left with great tans!! "This was a perfect location. Its very close to the boat landing on Lake Como. It's also about 15 minutes from the boat landing in Williams Bay for Lake Geneva. We have a large dog and the fenced yard was perfect for him.Dan is very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay again."

The host was great and very communicative, even dropping off a replacement pack-and-play when we realized the house was missing its one. The property was clean and as-advertised and even had a few fun extra things, e.g. two paddleboards and some floaties for our use. "This condo was a perfect place for us to spend two weeks. Up until last year we had a home on south shore drive on Lake Como The location had been in my family for over 100 years so it was nice to be back in the place where I had spent 77 summers. The camp como theme was fun and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony enjoying the views of the lake. Was a great location to see old lake como friends again! "
