"Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche sans personne pour nous accueillir, nous avons dû sonner plusieurs fois et attendre que quelqu'un réponde à l'interphone. Impossible de ressortir sous peine de rester dehors. La chambre était glaciale, rien pour poser sa trousse de toilette dans la salle de bains, ..."
