"My friends and I had initially booked another hotel which was sub par so we had to find a hotel last minute and we were able to book Ascott Mentang. It was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was met with incredible service and friendly staff. I booked two rooms but accidentally booked one at another Ascott. "Fantastic place, great staff. Breakfast was second to none, but make sure you take it next to the pool as it’s not advised at check-in that this is also available. There’s a minimart downstairs, and it surrounded by great massage options on the main road. The only problem, my room did have a slight stink of sewage, and I rarely noticed it anywhere else. I didn’t bring it to their attention because what can I do really. Overall, I would happily stay here again. "

"In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price."
