Una casa perfecta
Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones estupendos. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar, sobre todo del jardín, piscina y barbacoa. Esta en una situación buenísima para las distintas opciones que ofrece la zona. Tanto el contacto con la propietaria como con las instrucciones de llegada y uso de la casa han sido muy faciles y rapidas. Repetiremos seguro! Saludos

La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, y esta bien reflejada en el anuncio la zona de piscina es muy amplia, la cocina tiene todos los utensilios que puedes utilizar y además tiene muchísimos juguetes y DVds para los más pequeños A pesar que en la zona hay mosquitos la casa está bien acondicionada para evitar que entren en la casa. Un placer

The property is amazing, lovely pool and garden. Pleasant area with local cafes an restaurants within walking distance and only 10 minutes from Xábia centre and marina The weather doesn’t hurt either!

Great Villa
Nothing "not to like". Great outside area and pool, perfect for the two of us. Shaded parking area and close to several bars and cafe's. Hope to return for longer next time.

Beautiful Villa
This property is superb in every aspect from being spotlessly clean everywhere to having every bit of kit you could want. There is information everywhere on how to use stuff to where to eat out. This is definitely a villa we would not hesitate to come back to, having been to Javea for twenty years this villa is in out top 2.

Pleasant Villa in a quiet neighborhood
We had a good and relaxing time at Villa Ramaje. Very nice and well furnished house with a large, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Cozy living room with a TV with many international channels. Good to know that the fireplace mentioned in the house description and shown in the photos cannot be operated with firewood. We suggest mentioning this circumstance in the house description to avoid misunderstandings with future guests. Pleasant and practical sheltered outdoor area, which we have actively used in this windy transitional period (April). Lovely well-kept garden with a clean swimming pool. Particularly worth mentioning is the BBQ in the garden area. It is very practical to use and a real highlight for BBQ lovers like us! The villa is in a very quiet and pleasant area. Shopping, restaurants and Javea with the beaches are just minutes away from the villa. Nicky, the manager of the property, is a lovely and very helpful lady who keeps the house in good shape. All in all, we had a very relaxing and nice holiday. Thank You!

Charming villa in peaceful location
Had a lovely relaxing week. The villa is charming, warm and comfortable and set in lovely gardens. We also very much appreciated all the information and help from the owner beforehand and also the welcome pack she provided. A great place to stay.

Would recommend and would definitely stay again
Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great location and very quiet. The property had everything you needed and a very good informative welcome folder. Some helpful goodies in the fridge to get you started, lovely touch. We got a little plagued with mosquito but normal for time of year. Don’t let it put you off. The property is not super modern but practical and holds its Spanish charm. Nice to see. Had a great time, no complaints. Thanks for sharing your property.

Excellent villa
Villa is excellent in a really tranquil location but with cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Outside space was amazing and it was only a short drive to shops a Xàbia sea front and town. Highly recommend!

Well equiped villa. Pool was great for the children. Air con in bedrooms a life saver. 10 min drive to lovely sandy beach and Javea town. Only downside was the biting flies/mosquitos which seem to inhabit the area (can't blame owner for them but they were a constant menace)

GREAT LOCATION IN JAVEA
The property was clean but looked a bit jaded and could have done with a lick of paint. The master bedroom had 2 mattresses on the bed which were very uncomfortable and one mattress kept slipping off the bed.
