"Very clean property tucked away in the suburbs of Xenia. We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Would be a great place to stay with kids - as there's a huge park and grassy area right out the back door. This was helpful for our dogs that were with us. Giant bathtub and even MORE GIANT shower - which was an exciting/unexpected feature we didn't realize we were getting. Had coffee, waters, and snacks for us. Loved the fireplace. Thank you for opening your home up to us!!!"

"It was our first time traveling with our dog and they allow dogs. I didn't find the dog area until the next morning. Husband didn't think to ask where to walk the dog the night before and it wasn't offered. It's set back off main road so we didn't notice much of the semi traffic near-by. Off US 35 and I-71 inter change. Best because of Starbucks offering right down the way! Easy food options/gas before continuing on journey. We hadn't noticed the property for 16 years of traveling but now...
