Quick weekend getaway
We were in town for the weekend to attend a wedding at Smugglers Notch and wanted to stay somewhere other than on the mountain. This was only an 8 minute drive, and we loved every minute being at Sterling Ridge. The cabin was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities we could need (in the winter). We were 4 adults and one teenager and we had plenty of room in the cabin! We can’t wait to come back!

Cute Cabin
We came to Vermont to see some snow and get away for a weekend. The Cabin was as advertised, clean and spacious for a family of 3. The check in staff was very nice and helpful! Not far from Smugglers notch and we were able to go skiing one day.

Perfect Cozy Getaway
This cabin was the perfect cozy getaway. It was exactly what you picture when you think of a cozy log cabin! The cabin had everything we needed. Located in a serene spot, it was the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The entire property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I enjoyed a 2 bedroom cabin overlooking the lake. It exceeded our expectations. Great hiking nearby including a waterfall and covered bridge. Five minutes to town with multiple dining options. Nice people and very quiet environment. We hope to return. Only negative was a small TV far from the seats and limited programming. Also, be aware that a separate cleaning fee and service fee are added to the final bill.

Cozy and comfy
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Enjoyed skiing at Smuggler's Notch which was just 4 miles away. Lots of privacy and the wood stove was just a treat.

Amazing!
This is our 2nd year in a row staying at Sterling Ridge and we cannot wait to return! The cabins are comfortable, clean and welcoming. Their staff is great! The premises are lovely and the location is pretty central to ski resorts and areas we wanted to visit. Also being able to bring our pups is extremely valuable to us!

Excellent rental property
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was better than expected. The heat worked well, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the library of DVD movies in the office when the weather didn't cooperate with our plans to ski! Highly recommended.

A magical place in the Green Mountains
This was the PERFECT spot for our family to stay -- our family of 5 (including 3 kids) had a 2BR cabin, grandparents had a cabin, and aunts and uncles had cabins. Hosts put us in close proximity. Property was GORGEOUS, beautiful view and so well maintained. Communal spaces were extra nice to have. We hope to return!

Peaceful getaway
We had a wonderful stay with Sterling Ridge Resort. We had everything we needed for a carefree vacation. The gameroom & pool area, and small shop at the Mainhouse were a nice bonus. We enjoyed walking around the property enjoying nature as well as visiting the pond to kayak. And we had the best neighbors; a small herd of cows! Perfectly situated to enjoy hiking Mt. Mansfield, shopping in Stowe, or just going for a scenic drive.

We had a beautiful cabin overlooking water. Our girl’s getaway was a huge success with painting, wine, and and hiking. The beautiful mountains in the background were breathtaking inspiration. We would definitely stay there again.

This was perfect for our ski trip to Smuggs from start to finish. Such a great location, the cabin as well as privacy was great. My children had a blast and I was able to bring my dog along for the trip. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, we’ll visit again in the future!

Beautiful, peaceful, serene
What a wonderful area for relaxation. The cabin was very clean, and surrounded by nature. Highly recommend. Close enough to get to ski resorts, but far enough away to escape crowds and relax. On our first night there, our car caught on fire. I thought it would ruin our entire trip, but the beauty of this resort allowed us to still enjoy our stay to the fullest.
