"It was a very nice house. Good space to dock the boat. The river is idle speed only so it is a long ride to get out into the bay I’d say roughly 40 minutes. "

"Loved this property! Communication was timely and check in easy. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Extras such as shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, as well as extra toilet paper were a great touch and appreciated. We will stay again! "

We had originally booked another location but they canceled on us a week before our trip and we were left scrambling trying to find another place that could accommodate our group.
