Very nice home in a great location. We didn’t realize from the ad that it was part of a duplex and there was an issue with the draining in the bathroom tub. Other than that it was as described and we had a great time.

Clean, Comfortable and Cute!
Very cute duplex house with a GREAT pool. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and daily neighborhood walks. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything including a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Vacation Oasis
I return to this property year after year because it’s perfect! The home is immaculate and has everything I need. The pool is nothing short of Heaven. The beach is conveniently located right across the street. There are many great restaurants nearby. Kathleen is very easy to work with and everything is taken care of. There is nothing more I could possibly need during my time there…except more time!!! My best friend and I absolutely LOVE this place and will keep coming back!

Perfect anniversary getaway!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 month old daughter for our anniversary. This was the perfect getaway with a beautiful pool and hot tub and very conveniently located near the private neighborhood beach entry. They had plenty of pool floats, towels, and all the beach gear you could need. We only needed our tent and wagon to tow it all. Would stay here again for sure!

We cant say enough good things about our stay here. The location was awesome.The beach access was wonderful and the pool was incredible. The house was perfect for our needs and Kathleen was a great hostess The area also met all of our needs. Restaurants and shopping were very convenient. Even the neighbors were very welcoming.

Accurate Listing. Exceptional location with the beach so close. The house had all the amenities one could need - loads of towels, pool toys, beach chairs, cooler and toys, baby supplies etc! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home with pool and spa. Close and easy access to a private beach. Great place to walk or ride bikes to shops and fabulous restaurants! The house was well equipped with everything you need for a stress free vacation. Would highly recommend for a peaceful vacation !

Great Honeymoon !
We loved our stay! House was very clean. Beach house had everything we needed to cook dinner at home. The pool and Hot tub were the highlight of our stay, to be able to control the temperature in both was amazing, we were able to swim or relax on our schedule. Having Coffee and watching the sunrise in the Tikki hut started our mornings.

Excellent Location - Beach Access
Great location, awesome pool, easy beach access. The house has all the comforts of home. Beds are very comfortable, as are the sofas. Very well stocked kitchen / pantry. Plenty of beach towels. Above all, if you need assistance, Tara the manager is quick and very responsive to any needs and concerns, that's a big plus+++ Looking forward to next year already!! :)

Amazing Island Getaway
Let me start with how accommodating our host was. Our plans changed, several times, and she obliged us at every turn. It was above and beyond, and we greatly appreciated it. The house is in immaculate condition, and it's location can't be beat. Want to fish? Head to the intercoastal dock and pull in fish after fish. Want to head to the beach? The backyard gate leads to a private beach with clear blue water. The tiki hut plays heavily in the pictures for a reason: it's great. We'd take breaks from the beach to have lunch there, shielded from the sun with a bird's eye view of the beach. Or just laze at the pool. If you're not familiar with the area, a pool on Hutchinson that close to the beach is not common. This pool's shaded in parts, which is a necessity. The ping pong table played host to afternoon and nightly tournaments. Maybe most importantly, the house had all the beach amenities--chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc. If you're new to Hutchinson, this house is located conveniently from, well, everything. You can walk to a bodega that has a great drink selection, ice, and sundry items. Alberto's (best pizza on the island) is a short drive, as is Publix (though there's also InstaCart) or even downtown Jensen (definitely try Conchy Joe's). We have more to say, but we'll end with this: this place had it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was incredible. And we will stay again. Rent this house. Treat yo' self.

Nice little quite getaway
The house is perfect for a small group of friends or small family with kids. Our only issues were the previous renters clothes in the bathroom closet, toenail clippings all over the side living room and the obscene amount of mosquitoes. I understand with rain and humidity, you will have mosquitoes, but this was ridiculous. I have over 20 bites myself and bought mosquito spray. With all that vegetation, some kind of treatment should be done. It made it impossible to go for a night swim or even sit in the hot tub during the day. The other issues mentioned just need to be addressed with the cleaning company. Location is great. Neighborhood is quite. Beach isn't crowded, not even with the day camp kids. Would consider using again.

Best beach house
This is our 4th stay at this property. It never lets us down. For a quick weekend getaway to a longer stay, it's always a great pick. The fact that we can take our 100 pound dog is also amazing. My only regret is leaving this tiny piece of paradise.
