Although it was within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants the neighborhood was very quiet. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the back, off the alley. "We absolutely loved this place! I would recommend this place. We had one issue but it was resolved. If you have children, I would probably stay somewhere else. There are bars all around and gets loud at night but it does get really quiet after 1:30 a.m. The property manager was absolutely amazing and is very quick to respond to your needs. "

"This apartment loft was lovely. It is over a coffee shop, but we did not notice any noise from the shop. Everything in the apartment was updated and clean. We were within walking distance of most anything that we wanted to see in old town St. Charles, including the Katy Trail, quaint shops, and restaurants. We had an assigned parking spot near the door of the apartment. The wineries in Augusta and Defiance were a scenic 45 minute drive away. This was a great place to stay for our girls’ getaway."

"The property was just as the on line pictures showed. It's an older home but newly remodeled. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and a place to sit in the late afternoons and relax. Excellent location and an easy walk to main street. Several activities there to enjoy there. Nice and pretty quite neighborhood. Would stay here again."
