"These Villas are kind of a hidden gem in Oceanside and for the same cost, travelers could not find anything better. Great staff. By the beach. Clean. Safe. Wonderful amenities. "Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "

Close to restaurants, coffee shops and other shops.The pool and tub was amazing and there was plenty of space for our 12 person group.The only real downside was the coffee machine wasn't working when we were there and had issues using the outlets on that wall in the kitchen.
