"The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it."

"We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out."

"This apartment is above a dinner and which is open early so their loud music is on early morning. The apartment was very clean and inviting. The issues arose with parking. The numbering of the apartment and parking instructions are very confusing. The host was initially responsive but now won’t respond to me. Our car was nearly towed. The only way into the apartment is past several greasy dumpsters and up the stairs. Location is great otherwise. "

"Do not recommend! The unit still had exposed electrical wiring, the TV had fallen off the wall prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up, dirty with a dead bug. The owner NEVER responded to me. I was unable to stay there. "

"We loved our accommodations! It was the perfect couple's retreat! We enjoyed the convered porch the most! The river area pictured has receded and is no longer visible from the property as pictured, but maybe that's temporary. Even without the water view it was well worth every penny. Alex was a terrific host, we had everything we needed and felt very cared for. "
