"Unbelievable, world class service. Every staff member assisted me with a smile and asked if they could do anything to make my stay better. They suggested restaurants, assisted in procuring transport, and always greeted me like family. Clean, large room and very affordable. Excellent breakfast as well. Owen is the best. He represents his hotel - and country - extremely well and they both should be grateful to him. The lobby is clean, stylish, and family friendly. Happy children scamper and play....

"The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need."

"Sixth stay into the hotel. Always clean, good food, fantastic room. The only bad thing this time was that i was supposed to pay just half night the last day since i checked out before 19:00 (it was around 18:45 and they told me that the price would have been half until 19:00) instead i payed all the next night. "We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "
