"Coffee pot was not cleaned, 2 nd floor full bed has an old mattress and they said that they rolled into the middle. It’s an overall nice woodsy cabin. We would stay there again knowing what we’re in store for. A very fair price, with an excellent location to lake George and Gore mountain. Dogs welcome is a plus also "

"If you are looking for a place to stay to ski at Gore Mountain, this is the place. The drive to the mountain was super easy and is only 18 minutes away. The house itself is a bit dated but charming. The house has everything you need in it. towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. The doors are solid wood with latches instead of door knobs. The fireplace was great to sit in front of after a hard day at the mountain and the hot tub was amazing for the sore muscles. The only complaint I had was the...

"Our group of 3 couples stayed here for 4 nights in late October. The house is 100% as stated and pictured in the listing - absolutely breath takingly gorgeous! We chose this house from a long list available for our dates a lot due to reviews and were so glad we did - the reviews and house did not let us down one bit. "Our family absolutely loved our stay! The house is so beautiful! The kids loved the playground. We all loved making s’mores at the fire pit. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 9. The house is in a private wooded area with the river across the road. You can not see the neighbors once you are on the property. It was only 20 minutes away from downtown Lake George. We are definitely planning on staying at this house again next time we go on vacation. "

"This cabin was very comfortable and had everything we wanted and expected. It is located at the top of a steep driveway but we had no problem with our four wheel drive Jeep. The yard is down some steps to the front of the home. Home was nicely decorated and beds were cozy and comfortable. One bathroom but spacious with a nice shower. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook. The home is a bit remote from restaurants so plan for some meals after a day on the lake. Lake access...
