"This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. "We loved our stay! The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We loved the location as it was very peaceful. This side of the park is much less crowded than the more well known areas. It was a long trip up a windy mountain road but totally worth it. The only downside we found was that the beds weren't firm enough but that was just our preference. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with and we would stay again in a heartbeat."

The unit had some cleanliness issues (dog hair, cobwebs, hair in shower), but otherwise was a perfect stay. "I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place"

"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!"

If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol.
