The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. Only feedback i would give would be to provide a what on guide in the villa that was current. We had a villa book but not a 2024 What's On guide. I pick one up from HBK on my last day. "Villa was very clean. However;dishwasher didn't work, water heater was accidentally unplugged so no hot water for a couple days. That was fixed immediately once reported to property management. The master's bath toilet seat needed to replace and water leak from toilet tank was annoying. I felt this should have been thoroughly checked. Other than that, great location. property manager was friendly and was on time to deliver keys upon arrival."
