"The property is just as it looks in the photos and as described in the description. The host always responded within minutes and even helped us late at night to change the propane. It was very cold in the morning and nights but the heated blanket and heaters were provided in the room and common areas which helped a lot. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. "The cabin was absolutely beautiful and enough room to sleep an extended family. The location was a perfect scenic drive about 20 minutes to all major attractions including Gatlinberg and Dollywood.
