Loved our stay, so peaceful!
This cabin is much more spacious than I imagined. Large rooms, comfy beds, everything you need for a relaxing stay! The owner was great with communication. Beautiful location, short drive to many beaches and hikes. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Peaceful Retreat
Was a great little getaway, quiet and peaceful stay. Our girls loved the daily visits from Daisy the dog. Amazing beaches close by! Definitely would stay there again!!

Nice place very close to all the beaches
Very nice space. A stone's throw away from all the beaches (French, Sand Cut, Mystic, China). We visited them all. Walking distance to China beach. Amy is an excellent host, very friendly and quick to respond messages. We would certainly stay again.

This was an absolute gem of a place to explore the beaches of the area. The cabin was really cozy and had everything that we needed in it. Amy was really kind and we loved finding Daisy Dog outside the door to great us all the time!

So so so perfect
We truly had the best time staying here. We’re a group of 3 friends exploring the area and this home was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of space, everything was cozy and clean, and there are lots of walks and beaches within a short driving distance. We came very close to taking Daisy, the dog that lives next door, home with us. Thanks for being such a great host!

Great spot
Highly recommend. Clean, plenty of room, well stocked. Quiet, close to beaches and hiking. Just general fyi, pay attention to when the restaurants are open - we got lucky and the cafe nearby was open and it was really good. Highly recommend this rental! Thank you to our hosts.

Perfect for us!
Cozy and rustic but with all the amenities you need! The washer/dryer saved us after rainy days on the beaches. Communication was super prompt and the location was perfect to explore the area. The wood burning fireplace was such a bonus and the tv offerings gave us something to do during our down times. Excellent!

Disconnect in the Forest
We appreciated the quiet surroundings. Daisy the dog kept us company. She didn’t know it but it made our day. The wood fireplace was just perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. Loved the mint shampoo and body soap. Simply nothing negative to share!

The perfect spot
I had such a magnificent stay here! Four days of rest and quiet time was the escape I needed. Each day I made a short trip to one of the amazing hiking spots in the area and got to see so much. Avatar Grove, Botany Bay, Mystic Trail, the Sooke Potholes... truly incredible. Amy was absolutely lovely and such a welcoming and helpful host. Daisy came by for daily pets and made me feel right at home.

Fantastic Stay!
Wildwood Rainforest Retreat was amazing! Tall ceilings, gorgeous knotty wood interior, every kitchen convenience for lots of home cooking - even a slow cooker so we could return to a hot meal after a day exploring nearby wilderness. We had a fire outside one night and in the wood burner stove in the main room another. I’d definitely recommend this to friends and hope to book again soon. Daisy the dog is a super host, and the frogs nearby a treat to sweet dreams.

Excellent location to explore the area from. Really enjoyed the little touches of the cabin, from the wood stove to the Saltspring Soapworks soap. Trees outside were perfect for our hammocks as well.

Perfect for the family!
Excellent stay! No complaints! Great location for visiting all the beaches from Botanical to Sandcut! Clean and such a well equipped kitchen. Daisy’s visits expected by our toddler every morning. Quiet and west coast woodwork vibe inside so cosy and comfortable. Will be back!!!

Enjoyable Cozy Stay
Great cabin out of the way in a beautiful part of the island. Tons of beaches nearby that was perfect for the us and the dog to explore. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook our meals. Fire ban was in effect during our stay but the outside fire pit steps from the front door would have been great. Plus the resident dog Daisy and our dog enjoyed a bit of play time together which was great.

Cozy and quiet
This cabin was the perfect place for my two children and myself as we explored the west coast of Vancouver island. The place was bright, cozy and beautiful. Close to several great beaches and tucked among the beautiful forest, the location was lovely. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and open, shower is good and the location is quiet. Check in was simple and we very much enjoyed our time. We visited nearby beaches, and towns and restaurants and really relaxed and enjoyed our time!

Wonderful cabin near beautiful beaches
Spacious, comfortable cabin surrounded by trees. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need. I especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was, the fact that there were dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, the kind gesture of a welcome basket of delicious wine and snacks, and the thoughtfulness of providing coffee, tea and things like olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs etc. Short daily visits by Daisy the dog were much appreciated. We were there during a heatwave and appreciated the shade and outlook provided by the surrounding trees. The cabin had a wood fire oven which I imagine would be very cozy to use during the colder months. China beach, Mystical beach, Sandcut beach and French beach are all nearby. Botanical beach, Botany Bay and Sooke potholes as well as Victoria are within easy driving distance. Overall we loved our stay and can highly recommend the cabin.

Amazing Cabin
This cabin was amazing and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is a little out of the way but not too far from some exceptional beaches. The wood work, high ceilings, large kitchen were very impressive. The children enjoyed playing in the small rustic yard. I highly recommend staying there.
