"This is a delightful place to stay. It is a very comfortable and cozy house to stay at. The beds and pillows were excellent, the heating/cooling unit worked well, and it was a very well stocked kitchen. It is a roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a very walkable neighborhood. The best part might be having Sweet Life Patisserie just a block down the alley. "

"The setting is very peaceful. It was the perfect location for my family and our two dogs. It is located close to everything but yet, so quiet. We even saw a deer one morning grazing in the front yard. The house is fully equipped, it has everything you might need, it really felt like a home. Dale was nothing short of amazing. I can't thank him enough for his assistance with the rehearsal dinner set up and storage of the wedding cake and desserts. There is no one word that can describe Dale but...

"We stayed on campus so we could check out OSU for my daughter. The property’s location was perfect. The neighborhood is really cute and quiet with the entry on a quiet alley behind the street. The only reason we didn’t give 5 ⭐️ was because we didn’t receive communication for the owner for check in and luckily the cleaning service lady happened to be there when we arrived at 10:30 at night. "Stayed while in Eugene for the US track and field Olympic trials and our 35th wedding anniversary. It was perfect. Greg and Janie were so kind and attentive. This is a great hideaway for relaxing while still close to the university. Close to great hiking and local trails. Highly recommended!! Will chose it again if ever back in Eugene."
