"We had a lovely stay. Nice views over the fields. Kitchen well equipped with tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. Luxury feel. Enjoyed the hot tub which was warm and ready for us arriving. Would recommend this place and I think we’ll be back."

"This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!"

"Our multi-generational family absolutely loved our stay at Fell End. The house was decorated for Xmas and is beautiful throughout. The facilities including movie room, hot tub, table football, table tennis were awesome. The house is homely, warm throughout and stylishly and comfortably furnished! Great value!!"

"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We stayed at Crackin View for a long weekend just before Christmas for our annual family Christmas holiday. Ages ranging from 5 - 65 with quite a few teenagers. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plently of room and commual areas for our large family, the living room was a great layout for playing family games. "Good communication and ease of booking. Very easy to find. Parking not to difficult although not outside (as listing says). Great location with just a short walk into town. Heating good and needed in January. Loads of hot water for the group and good showers. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Would recommend. Only negative bathrooms not cleaned from previous booking."
