Irresponsible on Hotel.com part
"This is not about the lodge but about hotel.com. I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation"
