Arrived to find deeply conflicting advice about how to get into the property. It was only by good fortune that the manager of another property, in the same block, turned up and helped us track down the details of how to get in, that an afternoon wasn't wasted. She has no obligation to do so, and so we were lucky that she just had a great sense of customer service. Nonetheless, it still took time and several phone calls to get info that we should have been sent pre-arrival.
Interior of the property was good. Only negative was there was an odour of smoke in the property, which suggests someone previous to us hadn't been following the rules. No something the owner/agent can be blamed for, just poor manners by the previous renter
