"The peoperty itself was nice. The rooftop pool was a big hit as well. Sadly the checkin process was difficult as they didnt communicate via expedia and didnt send my check in details until after we arrived and attempted to contact them. The parking took hours to sort out as their passes didnt work and nobody came to help sort that. Also the internet didnt work for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, so not ideal. Would have been great without the speed bumps."

"We were a group of women celebrating our 40th birthday’s. From the moment we arrived, the staff for so kind and welcoming. The resort is beautifully located. The pool was amazing and the food and drinks were superb. We tried a bit of everything- from hiking the reserve, SUP pool yoga, beach volleyball, karaoke, waterslides, the day spa…we decided to upgrade our rooms for the last couple days and made use of the Ocean View Rooms which have a bath on the balcony. "First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price. The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery...
