Beautiful Unit, Beautiful Location!
We loved the ocean and pool view from the lanai! The unit was very well supplied with everything we needed and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance along the beach walk to Aulani, Four Seasons and Monkeypod for good eats and happy hour. Dwight provided detailed info for a worry-free trip. We would definitely stay again!

Best property on Oahu
After touring around the island, I am convinced we landed on the ideal property. The Beach Villas complex is in the perfect location and impeccably maintained. The lagoon beach was never crowded and super for swimming and snorkeling. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely choose this location again if returning to Oahu!

Perfection in Paradise
STELLAR! Booked through VRBO. From start to finish the host always responded quickly; we had zero issues with this experience! Start to finish - exceeded all expectations and was an exceptional experience. Consider it an investment towards your happiness and wellbeing. Spectacular views, exceptional lodgings - think "Paradise." The staff additionally did not disappoint. Fantastic attention to detail; greeted us as soon as we pulled up to the curb, escorted us to our condo to physically walk us through everything and had outstanding recommendations. This really set us up for a truly restful and memorable family vacation. The location, four breathtaking lagoons, neighboring hotels (variety of restaurants to choose from) and how well appointed this place is ... a total home run! The three bedroom villa/condo/apt was exceptionally upscale, spacious, beautifully decorated with very comfortable bedding and literally had everything. From a stocked medicine cabinet of OTC stuff like Advil PM and so forth, every possible anything you might want in a kitchen (with a shopping center in walking distance for groceries,) water toys, beach towels; you'll want for nothing. The view of ocean and the beautiful pool did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Perfect for our family
The location was perfect with a beautiful view, proximity to the elevator and pools. The lagoon was just a short walk across the path and my family (which included seniors and infants) loved everything. The tropical breezes and breathtaking sunsets were wonderful and the live music by the refreshment bar was relaxing. My grandkids were thrilled to see and feed the beautiful carp. Precious memories were made for everyone and I would highly recommend staying in BT503 at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina!

Beautiful unit and out of the way of the busy Waikiki area. Close to North shore for fabulous snorkeling. Owners responded quickly and take great pride of this unit. View from balcony is peaceful and the equipment they share with us renters was very much appreciated. I come from Hawaii and was able to show the grandkids why I keep coming back and this unit in Ko Olina added another loving memory of beach paradise.

Awesome Condo
This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were many pool/beach items to enjoy. The amenities at this resort are very nice. We loved the quiet beach outside the property. We will definitely stay here again, if we come back to Oahu.

Great Villa!
This is a wonderful villa! Very much as described in the listing. We appreciated the sand toys and beach chairs. The owners and onsite property managers were very communicative. We would love to return. If I have one complaint it is that the Beach Villas front desk folks are extremely intense about following the condo rules. I can understand the reasoning behind this but they are very quick to jump on people (I witnessed this many times for other guests as well) for breaking rules and are not very polite about it. One morning at 5:15 they called us to say there was a complaint about noisy children on our balcony so I got out of bed only to discover my tweens fast asleep as I expected. I’m sure they mistakenly called the wrong unit but they were not apologetic at all and insisted my kids had been on the balcony yelling at 5:15. My sister stayed in another unit and parked exactly where they told her to and another person called and threatened to tow their car because they parked it in the wrong place. It’s such a lovely place I wish the folks working there had a bit more of an Aloha spirit.

Beautiful and spacious condo!
Five family members, aged from 28 to 76, sought a relaxing and fun getaway, and that’s what we got. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo was spacious and clean, and offered a stunning view of the pools and lagoon. The villa staff was warm, friendly and very accommodating. Ko Olina is a more peaceful and less crowded alternative to Waikiki.

Truly paradise
This home in Ko’Olina is absolutely paradise. The hosts were amazing from the questions I asked before the trip to the greeter who met us there. The unit has everything you can need for the perfect vacation- beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear. Inside the furniture is beautiful and comfortable, beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. My kids loves the art supplies and it was great to take a break and watch a movie. I sat on the balcony every morning and watched the ocean. The pool is beautiful and the lagoons did not disappoint. We saw a turtle in the lagoon right in front of thr building. Thank you for sharing your home with us. I hope we can come back!

Amazing and Relaxing!
This villa is just like the pictures. The sunrise and sunset are breath taking from here. The weather is perfect in Ko Olina. From reservation to check out communication with owner was excellent. The amenities and location were amazing and relaxing. You even have an option to schedule a paid massage that comes to your room! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone coming out to Oahu.

Well-appointed beach villa
Everything from start to finish was easy. Good communication with the owner; easy check-in; clean villa with lovely ocean and pool views; very well-appointed kitchen and everything a family needs for the beach - towels, comfortable chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Great place
This unit is great! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped for all of our cooking, plenty of seating on the balcony for lounging and each bedroom was clean and comfortable. Two things about the beach villas that people should be aware of, and is included in most reviews is that there is no food available so be prepared to cook or take a short walk to other resorts and there are very few umbrellas pool side. That said, we would stay in this unit again

Beautiful view & beautiful home!
Loved our stay at this home! Clean, welcoming, convenient. All the gear was available in the unit - beach chairs/towel, scuba gear, sand toys, etc. Everything was well-labeled and clearly explained. Gorgeous view from the lanai - with doors that slide into the walls creating a lovely, airy environment. Pool is just downstairs with lots of shallow areas for swimmers of all abilities. Daily koi feedings for the kids. Great walking path along the beach. Staff was welcoming and other guests were respectful. Thanks for a great stay in Oahu!

Perfect Oahu Getaway!!
This was an amazing property! We had 6 people in our party and never felt like we didn't have space. Everyone's favorite part was the patio with the doors wide open. It was spacious and comfortable. All the amenities were available. Dwight and Ejay were accommodating, informative and friendly. Kids loved the pools and lagoon! Adults loved after a long day of adventuring going to see Duke and Michelle at the bar and to watch the sunset. Easy walk to Au Lani for dinner one night. The little shopping center is a simple walk and had the yummiest breakfast place (Eggs n Things, you should try the Loco Moco) and it had an ABC store for quick pickups! Overall, amazing and we would stay here again!!

Absolutely fantastic property
This was our 11th time renting a condo at the Ko Olina Beach Villas resort in the past 12 years. Hands down, this condo was the best one we've stayed in. Was in near brand-new condition. (Very well taken care of! The owners have detailed instructions around the villa, be sure to follow these to keep the place in tip-top shape.) Completely stocked, top to bottom, with beach stuff. There's nothing you would want in a condo that isn't included. Even if this condo is priced slightly above the others, it's worth it!
