Great place to relax!

The house was exactly as pictured and described plus more. My kids loved the games, hammock, and outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the view beautiful all while being close to Caddo Lake activities. Great retreat!
We really enjoyed our stay! My son stayed fishing when we were at the house and we enjoyed sitting by the fire every night under the stars. It’s a beautiful place. The check in/out was a breeze. Amy was very accessible and prompt if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed and more. That was a big plus!! We will be back when we visit again for sure.

Great house, awesome hosts
The house and amenities were perfect and the views outside by the campfire were some of the best Caddo has to offer. Would recommend for 1 or 2 couples. And if you want to bring some kids they’ve got a place for them to sleep as well. Hosts are very responsive and keep and wonderful house. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

We booked a weekend away with another couple to rest, relax and reset. The Karnack Dreams Cottage was absolutely perfect! On a private road skirting the banks of Big Cypress Bayou, it's a place to see the stars, hear the crickets and sit and watch the water. Communication with our hosts was stellar. The "check-in, live-here-for-a-while and check-out processes" were very professional, with top of the line technology. The cottage was super clean and very comfortable. Amy and Andrew provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! The attention to detail was not lost on us. I will stay at any "Amy and Andrew" property, just tell me where they are! It's unfortunate we are limited to 5 stars. Thank you for such a wonderful restful weekend.

Wonderful Fall Family Getaway!
We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The cottage is fully equipped with extra amenities that made us feel right at home. The views are just beautiful and we loved sitting out around the fire pit in the evenings. It was the perfect fall family getaway! 10/10 for the cottage and the hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. From the moment we parked, to entering the Cottage, to all the amenities, they truly thought of everything to make this a memorable stay. Quaint perfect cottage
We brought our two kids and husbands parents for a weekend away to relax. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen, they provide firewood and charcoal, and was very comfortable for 6 people. We fished off the shore line, jumped off and floated in front, and used the neighbors ladder to climb out. Even with large groups around us, it was quite and the house kept all the sounds out at night. Amy and Andrew were very responsive and thought of all the small details for guests. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed every minute!

The Peace We Needed
After my kids high school graduations, I wanted to take my family to a place I know would give all of us the break we all needed from the everyday. Amy and Andrew’s place has a great homey feel. Place was clean and neat! This was the right size for a family of 4, and the outdoor space was amazing. We had everything we needed. The area is so peaceful. We loved sitting outside at any given time to take in the sights and sounds of nature. I would definitely consider their place again if I ever get a chance to come back.

Amazing location, beautiful cabin, with an exhaustive list of extras! Amy and Andrew were amazing hosts. They thought of every little thing you could possibly want in a renta and included it. More than expected.
First and foremost, it was spotlessly clean with all the necessities waiting for our use. Even a few snacks and charcoal and lighter for the grill, wood for the firepit, laundry soap (which I always forget) and plenty of fresh linens. The only negative thing I can say is the overly sensitive fire alarm that went off when we fried our eggs and bacon. Even that turned out fine since we got to poke fun at the cook. We are anxious to go back.
