"宿泊当日は『九州一大花火まつり』で車椅子利用のお客様も沢山宿泊されていました。 私の母も車椅子でしたが大浴場入り口やお部屋のトイレも手すりがなかった為、少し大変でした。 今後利用の為チェックアウトの時にバリアフリーで手すりのある部屋を尋ねてみると手すりのある部屋は設けていないとの事でした。 ファミリーで高齢者の利用もあると思いますので、改善してほしいと思いました。 後は部屋からの花火も凄く綺麗に観賞でき又利用したいです"

"三世代のファミリー旅行で利用しました。 ベッドを含め、洗面所、トイレ、キッチン等清潔で快適に過ごす事ができて又利用したいと思いました。 シャワーのみでしたが、上からのシャワーヘッドが良かった。 小皿があると良かったかな。 宿泊者全員の入力に手間取り、事前の予約時にスマホから入力出来るように改善出来ませんか？"

"モダンで清潔なホテルでしたが、駅からのアクセスが不便でした。夜になるとホテルの周りは暗くて歩ける感じではないです。コンビニもレストランもありません。車利用ならば問題は、ないと思います。"
