"We moved over to the condo after spending a week at our timeshare. The location is great. Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. We did apricate all of the storage containers. We were able to park in the upper lot and not the underground. The air conditioning is great. Also, the screened in Lani was nice in the early morning for breakfast. We would stay here again."

"This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot. "

"The two bed apartment was clean and had a fully supplied kitchen for meals. The unit is quiet even thought there are permanent tenements. There is road noise being close to the main road. Within walking distance to the town of Kona and beaches. The one negative is that the unit does not face the ocean, so don’t get a crossbreeez without running fans. Overall a good place to stay for the money."
