"We had a great stay! The unit we stayed in had nearly everything we needed including laundry machines in unit, pots and pans, and even some snorkeling gear (not a full set but that's okay!). It was great being able to wash our clothes as it reduced the amount of clothes we needed to pack. We also enjoyed spending time by the pools. Also, for those who don't mind walking, the resort is a ~20-25 minutes walk into the main downtown area. "

"This was a very nice stay - condo was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and it's in a great location! The management company was easy to get in n touch with, but we didn't need anything during our stay. The breeze s kept the unit cool, and there were comfortable blankets if needed. Nice and close to beaches for a great day out, and a great himebase for days spent hiking. 10/10, we'd certainly stay here again! "

"Location, location, location. I doubt there is a better view from anywhere else on the Kona coast. Directly down from our third floor corner room we watched fish swimming in The waves every morning. White sands beach is steps away and the host provided everything we needed for swimming, snorkeling and lounging on the beach. The place is a little old and shows its age, but I wouldn’t let that deter me a moment from coming back. Absolutely fantastic!!"

"A 5 minute walk to the beach at king Kamehameha hotel on Ali’i with many historical sites, restaurants and shops nearby. Very laid back and quiet area. Nice clean pool with propane grills for outdoor cooking. Very responsive and friendly management company. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, ice maker in fridge, chairs for the beach, a rain umbrella, blender, coolers to bring to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. "
