"The location is amazing with the sound of the waves, ocean views, and being able to see some birds outside, lizards and mongoose. The water is so clear that I could see the yellow tang from the balcony! Also schools of dolphins. It was such a nice place that I looked forward to returning after the end of a day exploring, so that I could sit on the balcony. Oh, and we also saw a 'moon bow'. So many great memories. I had one question about supplies and the property manager responded within...

Excellent views, clean safe grounds and pools, close to local grocery store and dining options south of town. Communication with host was sparse, but otherwise the stay was excellent and we would happily return. "

"Nice, clean lodging. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all that we required to cook for ourselves. The support staff were excellent when dealing with a smoke/CO2 alarm that was faulty. There was a nice red head bird who visited us frequently. Would prefer to deal with a person face to face to check in rather than through digital means. Overall, a good stay."

"This was a great location to use as our base to explore different areas of the island each day. It was also very nice to relax by the pool each evening after our daily adventures and to watch the sunset into the ocean. There is a grocery store, some good restaurants, and a nice coffee shop a few blocks away. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The stay was outstanding, the first morning we were treated by spinner dolphins cavorting while we watched from the lanai. We were able to catch all but one sunset from the comfortable lanai. "The location was great, the unit is great size and accommodated our family of 6 nicely. The view straight off the lanai is great and saw beautiful sunsets every night. Honestly, never even turned on the tv once. The kitchen was supplied well enough and the grilling area was always with friendly travellers. Great stay and will consider again if going back to Kona. "

"Amazing location, clean facilities and easy check in/out. Calm and beautiful resort and the view from this unit is out of this world. Best sunset on the balcony! We even saw dolphins!!! "Absolutely wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to any family of 5-6 people. Grandparents, parents and 2 kids stayed comfortably. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night on the lanai. The pool is perfect for kids! Also, a quick walk to shopping and the beach. Centrally located to get to many beaches and historical sites within an hours drive in either direction. Wow, what a great vacation!"
