"Lake Pepin is just a block away. I can view it from the the patio. The house is cute and clean. I enjoy taking walks by the lake or just sitting on a bench watching the birds and boats go by. "We loved our 2-day stay in Wabasha at this cute condo in a historic building. The location was walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, the Eagle Center, taverns and even a speakeasy! Parking was a breeze, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was appointed with all we needed. So many things to do in the area including two amazing wineries. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely loved this cabin stay for our family! Clean, quick drive to whitewater state park for day adventures, and so nice to come back and enjoy the time at the cabin. "We enjoyed the impressive views and spending time on the screened-in porch. (The views are more impressive than the photos show, especially at sunset!) Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other kitchen items. It's a beautiful and scenic drive along the river to get there. The driveway is very steep, but there are a few pull off spots next to the road for easier parking. Thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"The cabin is beautiful in a very private area. It had everything we needed for a much needed break from our chaotic work lives. Very nice to be able to sit outside at night in complete silence and gaze at the stars to unwind. Would definitely recommend!"

"This house was great! We were down to visit my son at Winona State University for the weekend. Fountain City was the perfect cute little river town and it was a short drive away. The house was cozy, clean, quiet, and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the host is very accomodating and always seeking to improve, which shows great character. We will definitely stay again! "

"We loved the location. Walked down to the beach, watched so many eagles flying in and all the kids loved the trains. It’s a beautiful home and fit our big family. With that said, after spending over $1,000 for our weekend stay I had higher expectations. We found blood on a set of sheets/bedding. The shower drain was so clogged the tub filled halfway while showering and after spilling water on the floor we wiped it up and the paper towel was black. "
