"We arrived Wed. evening before Christmas. At 6pm the power went out. The lights worked but the A/C & frig did not. The staff was unconcerned & left for the night. It was very uncomfortable overnight at 80 degrees F & 90% humidity without A/C. The next morning the manager called an electrician. He was there several hours but couldn't fix the power, another night without A/C. The upstairs bathroom had no running water. The staff left buckets of water to flush the toilet. "Los empleados son muy amables (incluye chef que cocina muy bien y limpieza) y la casa es amplia. No está casi decorada lo que no resulta frio, sino espacioso. La piscina es pequeña pero agradable. Está a 3 minutos de una playa larga con palmeras, arena blanca y color turquesa (aunque tiene rocas y algas y no es fácil bañarse). La población local te ofrece servicios y productos cuando sales de la propiedad."

"I cannot state enough how happy we were in the villa. Everything was like advertised and more. From the moment we booked Sylvia was reaponsive and quite helpful. When we arrived James was waiting and helped with our luggage and showed us around. Edith ensured the place was meticulously clean and Mwamba tge guard ensured our safety and easy access back when we went put. The e ntire team made sure our stay amd family reunion was A1. "I absolutely loved the villas. The staff was great the security also kept the pool maintained which was nice. We stayed 3 weekends. The Diani Backpacker next door love to party. Their music is pretty loud but it does not bother you in the Villa rooms. The music can be heard in the bathrooms and living room. We will stay here again. The pool makes it easy to stay in all day. The villa has all you need to cook. The water is actually hot. My last two visits at another location did not have hot...

"Nyumba Sara was a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday. A beautiful, elegant home with a lovely terrace to capture the seabreeze, relaxing view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, and a one minute walk to the beach. The house staff took care of us like family and the chef's cooking was five stars- we ate like kings with fresh seafood deliciously prepared every day. It was hard to leave :)"

"Great owners and Rachel the cook was very nice abd helpful. As a retired chef, I can say this was a cool experience to relax and not cook while enjoying my stay here. Thanks to the owners! The receptionist could be a little bit sour acting, but the rest of the staff was WONDERFUL!"
