"The location is great however many aspects of the property were disappointing: Basins and kitchen sink were not cleaned properly, kitchen benches also not clean. The tea towels were marked and had holes despite there being new ones in the linen closet. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. The back deck has holes which were covered by a rug that also has holes. "The property is great. We had a lovely trip - so close to the beaches and shops. Large enough for two families of 4x and grandparents. The kids loved the separate sleeping area and their own kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size for couples. Some feedback: the converted garage where the kids slept was so hot without a fan or air con. Also some foldable hanging racks would be really useful to use under the verandas during wet weather to dry beach...
