Ideal blend of historic and new
The property is very pleasant. The spaces in the farmhouse are all delightful. The owner managed to create a decor that feels both historic, farmhouse while also feeling up-to-date. Just the right amount of elements to make it feel warm and friendly and cozy without the feel that you are sleeping in someone else's house.
Kitchen is very functional. Owner provides a keurig, teas, cold water and seltzer.
The property is adjacent to a townhouse development. The rear windows of the townhouses faces the driveway side of this property. Still we felt private enough even when walking from the house to the barn, and in the house we felt 100% privacy.
We enjoyed time in the house, and relaxing in the barn both in the evening, and with our morning coffee.
I am saving this property in our favorites. Note-, we also saw the other VRBO unit that is part of the barn structure. The owner showed us around. It is a magical looking space which we would also love to rent one day
