"Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. "

"This house has a beautiful location. My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay. One issue that we had was the water pressure. It was hard to shower because the water kept going in and out. As others have stated, the inside of the house could use some TLC. Some of the decorations are falling apart on the wall. The paint on the walls in some rooms look incomplete. Overall it was a good stay. "

"We spent a beautiful fall weekend at Cedar Estates, the house was clean and very well equipped, as described in the listing. We enjoyed a nice campfire on Saturday night at the fire pit. Our 2 dogs really enjoyed exploring and running outside as well! Clean sheets and towels, hot water - lovely overall!"

"Me and my two teenagers stayed here for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home is exactly as advertised, clean, well-stocked and cute as can be. The first night we had a power outage and the wood stove kept us warm (and it was fun and cozy!). Everyone slept extremely well on comfy beds. The shower was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.It was truly a fantastic stay and we will be back soon!"

"We booked the house to celebrate the holidays with family from Maine. The house was perfect! Super clean, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed and the right amount ofspace for 4 adults and two pre teens. The space was cozy and gave us the quintessential Maine LakE house vibe we Desired. The owners communication was amazing throughput the entire stay and after. We will surely rebook again, and again! "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet, inside the home looked modern and clean. The beds were comfortable.The projector for the movie theater didnt work correctly, its supposed to auto focus and adjust the screen size and that function wasnt working. There was something wrong with the furnace while we were there and at times it was below 60 degrees inside.
