Quiet, lake view, big yard, cllose to town

Nice house with a view of the lake. Close to Kettle Falls. Well stocked kitchen (could use a 2nd spatula and cooking oil). Knives were even sharp!Big BBQ for your use. Has A/C so mice and cool.Shower was awesome.Be sure to bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes Yard is big, but not fenced. A few dogs wandering free in the neighborhood so be aware if your dog is out.Lots of cherries and peaches U-Pick close by.

Perfect for small family

We came to Kettle Falls for a couple of days to connect with family nearby. This property was in the pefect location and the size was just right for our needs and all expectations were met on that front. We were not expecting the peacefulness and stunning views. This place is a gem.

Lovely Home in Quiet Area

This recently built house is well located, close to Lake Roosevelt’s beautiful parks and beaches. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a sleeping loft above. The great room includes a full kitchen. There is a comfortable outdoor seating area. The owner was easy to reach and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our week.

We had an amazing stay at this property! This actually our second stay here and we will be back. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. It was also pet-friendly, which made traveling with our furry friend so much easier. Nice home!

The house was really nice and clean. This was a dog ok vrbo rental, which we really appreciated. There were signs of others who stayed with their pets. Scratches on the doors. Such a shame. Would be nice to have a couple extra towels. One for under the dog water bowl. One for the floor when getting out of the shower. Otherwise the house was well stocked with everything you need to cook our own meals. We would stay there again

Thanksgiving with family

We had a wonderful stay, traveling from out of town to visit family in the area, the house was clean, quiet and a lovely place to host grandparents for a small dinner. We were extremely pleased with the kitchen, it was very nicely stocked. It is a comfortable home base to have while visiting family in the area, close to town, but quiet with lovely views. Host was very responsive. Hopefully next time we will have time to explore some of the nearby trails.

Great place to stay

My husband & I chose the Lakeview House because it is pet friendly. We are relocating to the area & spent a week looking for a home. Clayton responded to all our communication quickly. He was friendly & professional. The ONLY thing I wish the house had was a fenced area for our dogs. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with great location

My husband and I had never been to eastern Washington and wanted to check out the area for our retirement. This home is in an ideal location to explore the areas around the Columbia & Kettle Rivers. It is beautifully decorated, with plenty of room to run our dog. It is a just a few minutes from Lake Roosevelt recreation and close to town. We definitely recommend!

Perfect guest house!

My husband and I stayed at this house in September for three nights to visit a relative. The house was perfect! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It's in a great location--quick drive to town, easy walk to the Lake Roosevelt, the marina, and nice hiking trails. It was very private and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms have lots of closet space and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful views from the porch and yard. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor furniture and took photos of some wonderful sunsets. We would definitely stay here, again!

My Mom and I stayed here for 3 nights, we haven't been to the area in 20 years and loved being a tourist and checking out the town. The house is perfect, has everything you need, love the layout and view.
