"We stayed for a week in Kim’s house. The house is really beautiful, the pool has a chiller on it which was a great bonus, the dock space was super ample and deep. The beds were actually very comfortable. We had a few issues with cleanliness like dog hair and cockroaches but it is Florida and they turned the house around the same day of our check in. The home was well stocked, the bedrooms (with blackout curtains!) had plenty of linens, and the surplus of kitchen supplies were much appreciated. Our stay was lovely and would rent here again. "Spacious house, great pool, terrific location, lots to do in the area for all ages. Very different from other parts of Florida that I have been to. "We had a wonderful time during our stay. Very convenient location, great dock space for the boat and spacious kitchen. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We loved the easy access with the boat to either the Gulf or Atlantic. Also loved that we could walk to pickleball in the mornings."

"We stayed at the property in March for a few days for Spring Break with our 2 boys (ages 12 & 14). It was a wonderful little home and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was great. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The Key Colony beach club was a 2 min walk and a great spot to relax and enjoy the beach. We watched the sunset at sunset park which was great too! All in all we really enjoyed "
