Fun in the Keys
We had a great time with ample room for the whole family. Enjoyed the pool, cabana club, and rented a pontoon from Key Colony Marina that was perfect for our group of 9. We ventured to Key West and had outstanding Cuban food at El Meson de Pepe! Delicious seafood from several island local restaurants and breakfast fit for a King at the Stuffed Pig. Great way to spend Christmas.

Family vacation
The property location ia great. The Cabana club is a great plus for the property. We stayed in both sides of the duplex with a total of 20 of us. We had plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Key Colony 2024
Great location! The house was everything we needed. It was clean and there was ample room for 10 to spread out. The pool was fun after a day at sea.The snorkeling was amazing. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and other incredible sea creatures. The boat dock had more than enough room for our 24 foot. The proximity to the ocean and the Gulf was ideal.

Great Time Again!
Property is wonderful! Our Second stay here, and we love it! It is the perfect house for families. The location is great! The cabana club is a nice extra! We had a boat too! Fishing was great from the dock! Love everything about it!!!

Very clean, updated property in an excellent area. Cabana club was a bonus, very convenient with good food and not too crowded. Very near beach. Small complaints about property were not well stocked with linens and pillows were not plentiful. Alarm on patio doors was annoying but owners were very responsive to shut it off as we were all adults. Otherwise, great rental property.

Lovely home, perfect location to see all of Keys and perfect neighborhood! Host responds quickly! We loved the Cabana Club. You must go to the Sunset Beach! We were all very pleased with this home and would love to visit the Keys again and stay in same home on the beautiful canal!

Spacious new house in KCB
New spacious, clean home. Great location on quiet canal with daily visits by a family of manatees. Owner was very responsive. Only recommendations would be to add some wall hangings /rugs to soften the interior as it echos and to provide another set of bowls/dishes.

Fantastic
Love the house, this was our second time staying there and we already have a reservation ready for the third time. House is spacious!! We forgot they have a traditional coffee maker so a quick run to grocery store fixed that. We were unable to some of the sports teams with their cable. I believe they use Samsung cable, we had a hard time finding regular stations when we were stuck in doors due to the weather. Of course we probably wouldn’t have watched much TV if the weather cooperated. Streamed a football game to the main TV. Overall fantastic experience and the property manager was very responsive.

Family Fishing Fun
My husband, his friends, and some family came for a fishing trip. The house was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We stayed next door in 240 at Christmas last year and we knew this was a great property to rent. Communication is great with the property manager and you have everything you need to get you started. We will definitely rent this unit again when the opportunity presents itself.

Another great trip
2nd year we have rented this location, and already booked next year. Easy access to ocean, sandbars, fishing and lobstering. House to very well equipped with all you need, pool is very enjoyable after being out in the hot sun and saltwater.

Wonderful Week
The house was perfect! Location, size, and better than the pictures showed. The pool was great and dock for our boat was perfect. Easy access to the open water. It was clean and nicely furnished, and child friendly. Highly recommend, and hope to be back with even more family! Key Colony Beach is a great location.

Amazing home!
We stayed at this property with our family (8 people ages 8mo to 65) and we enjoyed every second. We were able to put the baby down every night and hang out by the pool. We enjoyed all the things to do in KCB and marathon, but really enjoyed cooking our fresh caught fish on the grill at the property. We took great advantage of frozen beverages at the cabana club. The only negative was the propane tank ran out after 2 minutes of lighting the grill to cook dinner. Kind of frustrating when your family is waiting for dinner, but they state in the contract that they will reimburse you to refill it. The home itself is MASSIVE. 4 good size bedrooms with wardrobes and closets. There is a huge walk in pantry next to the kitchen. Upstairs is a good size laundry room and extra closets in hallways and a walk in closet in the master. We were worried about bringing our pack and play for our infant as she is used to sleeping in dark spaces, it easily fit in the walk in closet so she had her own little room to go to sleep in. There is no bathtub for small children so you have to make due, but that is not a big deal for us. There was great contact with the property management company and he would even text me back at 8pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we’ve already booked the same house for next year.

Beautiful & Perfect Location
The house was beautiful and a great location on the water! The bedroom with the trundle bed shares a jack and jill bathroom with another bedroom -which is perfect for parents and kids to share. Location was awesome -close to grocery stores and restaurants and a walk to the cabana club. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is so nice!
This was exactly what we were looking for. It made our family fishing trip to the Keys so easy. The cleaning table was there for us, fishing in the backyard was great too! The location of the property was spot on! We were close to everything we need in the matter of 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Amazing Home, Amazing Location
This home was exactly what we were looking for in a Thanksgiving in the Keys. New, spacious and clean inside plus the luxury of being canal front with plenty of dock space! This was paradise. Loved being down canal from the marina and bait shop, it made our daily fishing so much easier! Neighborhood was very nice and most neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

November wedding
Place was well maintained and had everything we needed, pool, boat slip and enough room for two families. My wife and I stayed with our two girls and mother, along side with our friends and two boys. We also had another couple stay down the street with their three children. All to watch our friends get married @ sunset park within walking distance. We also rented a boat from a place also within walking distance. Only negative thing about our stay was the lot next door had construction of a new home going on and the roofers were their six days.
