To summarize: absolutely great vacation house, how can someone complain about being in Key Colony Beach?Awesome features: The pool right in the back yard A resident manatee paid us a visit The outdoor furniture is perfect Tons of parking with and without shade Kitchen island with stools Extra-large couch in living room Large dining table and chairs The location is perfect Annoyances: the two bedrooms that share a bath and cluttered with doors and the rooms are tight. One side of the much-needed closet is full of cleaning supplies and locked. There are VERY limited supplies in the house so you will need to go to the dollar store or publix to get paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, paper plates (if wanted), garbage bags, laundry soap etc. The plumbing acted up a bit and the first attempt of the plumber was temporarily successful, and the second attempt fixed the problem. The hallway toilet wouldn't flush and the shower in the master bedroom over-flowed and it went through the floor tiles and flooded the bathroom/bedroom. The management company was quick to respond, and the owners sent a cleaner to mop the floors after we put every towel we had on the floor. They also brought us clean towels. One of the bikes (there are 2) wasn't working and they sent a handyman who arrived within the hour, and had it fixed before we returned to the house.Looking back the annoyances nowhere near outweighed the amazing vacation we had staying at this cute house.

Another fantastic trip in the books. This house is wonderful from the showers to the pool. I highly recommend This house if you have the opportunity. Chandler from KCB Realty does a tremendous job at communication and the crew has the place spotless upon arrival.

Amazing week in Key Colony Beach!!
This VRBO was perfect for our week stay! Spacious layout, great kitchen and good sized bedrooms with 2 updated baths. Cruiser bikes for riding around town and a two seater kayak perfect for enjoying Key Colony Beach from the water! Outdoor space is perfect for hanging out! Awesome pool, dining area, lounging spot and outdoor shower! All we had to do was unpack and enjoy! This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the keys! We will definitely be back!!

Great yard
Had a great and relaxing time loved that we were able to keep our boat there with us. The little pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Favorite thing was coffee in the morning sitting on the loveseats by the water.

Excellent Rental
The property is just as the pictures show. They have everything you need to enjoy your vacation there. We caught quite a bit fish out back. We enjoyed the beach and went to Key West for a day. We had a great time! We will be back.

Exquisite Hospitality
We had a spectacular week at this location. Your house is impeccable clean , beautiful, cozy with a lovely and tasteful decor , paying attention to every detail and thinking on your guests. Your kitchen is great, equipped with everything that you may need. The house is great to relax in family, we were able to park the boat and have it ready to go fish and to go to the sandbar. Over all the house was the perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy the week .

The Perfect Place to stay in Marathon
This house was perfect. We have been coming to Marathon for 3 years and this is the best house we have stayed at. The pool is perfect after spending all day fishing. The showers were amazing for getting all that fish smell off as well. Couldn't ask for a better location!

The property had everything that we needed and asked for. It was great would definitely do it again. The only problem I have is this survey is the third time I received it and it's always come in the middle of the night two in the morning 4 in the morning 6:00 in the morning. I think you could schedule the sending of the surveys that are more decent hour that's all I would ask

A must rent
The house was beautifully decorated. The layout is huge. Be careful coming out the sliding door because the pool is right there. Docking a boat was a breeze and loading in and out was easy as well. We plan on renting again next year. The property manager responded very fast.

Nice Property
We had a family of 4 stay here for a week during Tropical Storm Elsa. The house itself is freshly remodeled with all new appliances and everything you would expect in a top end rental property. The canal front dock and patio was nicely done with faux grass, pavers and a large dock to park our boat. The pool was larger than anticipated and kept us cool after a long day of fishing and exploring. I have stayed in KCB many times over the years and this was the cleanest most well kept house we have rented. The only downside is it does not come with a Cabana Club pass. First pool rental I’ve stayed at in KCB that did not have a Cabana Club pass.

Property was just as described! Beautifully renovated and decorated! The area within Key Colony Beach was very nice. The only thing that needs attention was the kayak had wholes in it.
