First time key west
Our host was easy to work with and allowed us to store our luggage until check in time. The house was located in a great location to enjoy the many great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking at Hurricane Hole - walking distance was convenient. The only downside I could mention was the road traffic noise at the back of the house.

Lots of stairs
It was better than ok but compared to other VRBO stays it wasn’t quite as good. Has lots of stairs to deal with. You will wake up at crack of dawn from roosters crowing or traffic noise from the freeway. I do want to end by saying overall it was comfortable after spending the day at Old Town.

Perfect family vacation home
Clean property and everything was as it seemed. Bikes and grill are a nice addition. Safe neighborhood that is gated. About 15 to 17 min drive away from the downtown Key West attractions. Publix is close by.

We had a great stay - the property was well kept and the host was very good in responding to us quickly. The home is very close to everything - a quick 5 minute drive to the east side of Key West. Great community pool and quiet neighborhood.

50th birthday celebration
Fantastic condo, beds were so comfortable. TV's in every room. Everything thing we needed was in the kitchen. The patios all around the condo were awesome for my guests who were smokers. The pool was great! ❤️ Judy is a fantastic host. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo is at a great location conveniently located to great restaurants you can walk to. We really like that it's in a gated community because it makes it safer than others. Host Judy is awesome!

Great place to stay!
Tee by the Sea had everything we needed and more. The location is perfect, bikes were a nice addition, having parking was great, and Judy was very quick to respond with whatever we needed-including helping with questions about what activities to do and where to do them. The house was clean, very nice inside, well supplied and came with an unbelievably comfy sofa bed as well. Can’t imagine a better place to stay while visiting Key West! We had a great time. Thanks Judy!

Good location, Great Amenities
Condo was clean and as advertised. The amenities were great. We used the bikes, the beach chairs and coolers that were provided. We had a plumbing issue but Judy was right on it and it was fixed the same day. We ran out of garbage bags and paper towels but we managed. Not a huge issue but wanted to point it out so it can be addressed with the cleaning company. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

2 weeks Stock Island
This property is great for a renter that has a car because it is located too far from the touristy area of Key West without one. I did not have a car, so that is why I rate the location and neighborhood low. I got around using Key West Transit. There is no grocery store, and only a couple restaurants, within walking distance. The rental backs up to the main highway, so it is too noisy to enjoy the decks. The pool area and the work out room are very nice however. I felt comfortable being in this very clean gated condo community since there are pockets of seedy streets nearby. The overall affordable price of the property reflects the inconveniences of the area. I never opened the lower garage so I did not see or use the beach chairs, the grill, or the bicycles. Therefore, I cannot rate them. The online photos reflect the interior of the rental well. From what I could tell, the owner delivered what is listed on the Vrbo site, and nothing more or less.

We had a great time. We utilized the bikes, chairs and coolers that were provided with the condo. Pool was warm and kids used both the pool and workout room several times. Condo was roomy and comfortable.

The location is awesome. I heard comments about the noisy highway, which is true. But we weren’t in the house all that much, because the swimming pool was just a few minutes walk. We learned that the seven bikes, beach towels. & chairs and coolers weren’t in all condos. We made good use of these extras that were in the condo. The location is close to Key West by vehicle, walk or bike’s. We loved our stay and it would come back to this rental if we’re back in the area again.
