Superb location
The location is perfect. Smack dab in the heart of everything. Clean and well-appointed, it had everything we needed. Parking is a challenge so we parked our car a few blocks away, rented bicycles and didn’t move the car the entire week. Which is great because everything is so close by. The upstairs neighbors were either heavy walkers or the floors are thin because it sounded like they were stomping around all night. It shook the fixtures. Otherwise a magical wonderful week

Convenient location.
Location was perfect. The place is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. Could use some updates the coffee pot was single serve with two coffee bags. Luckily, a fantastic coffee shop was about 100 feet away. If you have bad back, I would not recommend this place. The mattress's were horrible. Pretty pricey for what you get.

12.16 - stayed in ATL due to bad weather in Key West. 12.17 - We arrived in Key West around 10am. The lock with 6 digit code was getting stuck on the wood. This should have been caught as we couldn't arrive on our scheduled 12.16 date. I called the customer service line and they reset the code and gave a different code which was not the issue. I pushed to get transferred to a supervisor and maintenance comes out 40 minutes later. Maintenance opens the door with a long knife multiple times (not a safe solution). I get a call within 10am to noon time frame from a manager in maintenance that he doesn't recognize the people that came out and that someone will come out to replace the lock. It is now 5pm-6pm on 12.17 and the lock doesn't open again as I told the supervisor and the maintenance manager this was probably going to happen again. I call customer service and get transfered to a different supervisor and maintenance comes out to replace the whole lock. The maintenance guy that replaced the lock blames us for not keep calling to get the lock fixed faster. Someone dropped the ball to be out here as they told me at noon that the lock would be replaced before we got back at 6pm. Need to get front desk involved sooner with a key to open the door. Front desk helped a lot here but phone support to supervisor support to front desk failed. They refused to move us. 2 other units were empty all week. They didn't understand that our unit could be opened with a kitchen knife.

Great location and floor plan.
I really enjoyed the location of this unit. Easy access to things and a CVS. The floor plan had a living room/kitchen and bedroom which were separated with a door. There was also a bathroom in each side of the door that separates. This made this unit private and perfect for two friends, a set of couples, or parents with kids. No issues working with the host.

Hidden Gem
We found this quiet little home to be perfect our 4 night stay. Close to Duval and all the local attractions. Only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable.

Destination wedding convenience
We enjoyed the convenience of this unit. It is definitely very cute in decor. The common area outside was great for morning coffee or mimosas. Two full bathrooms were perfect for my husband and I to share this with my nephew. The noise from the street was not bothersome at all. *PROBLEMS* We had a big snafu with check in because the lock was not working. We contacted through the app and didn’t hear anything back. We went to the main office right on the corner and they had no idea what we were talking about and said they called the property manager, Trudy, and she said that there isn’t a deadbolt on that door. Very frustrating. Luckily, maintenance showed up while we were at the office, he got the deadbolt working with a quick shot of WD40. He was so pleasant and professional, and knows what a deadbolt is. That COUCH. It cannot be counted as a second bed because the pull out is broke down and uncomfortable. Please, please replace that couch, so it can be used as advertised. The bathroom off the kitchen has a bad rotten smell from the pipes.

Our overall stay was wonderful other than… there was some kind of animal or something in the walls running around at night and had huge bugs that looked like cockroach’s all over the rental. We killed around 10 of them! That creeped us a lot!

Wonderful condo in a great location!
This is a great condo in a perfect location and very clean. Rental company communication including check in and check out was perfect. Great for 2 couples since it has 2 full baths. ONLY negative was the sofa bed is broken and not comfortable. We made it work but beware if you plan on using the pull out sofa.

Old Town Historic District Apartment
Disappointing, in the fact faucet would not shut water off after shower. Called @ 6pm, never heard from anyone, when gal who took call said someone would contact me. Water ran full blast all night. Not great sleeping next to a waterfall. Did get fixed next day, by noonish, after gallons of water ran down drain. Our 2nd night at 1am, a recessed ceiling light fell out, hitting TV, table, then floor. For the money paid, not great. Some serious maintenance needs to be done before next rental. Next time I’ll hotel it!!

This was a great place to stay and so close to everything! Separate bedroom and two bathrooms was a plus! As for parking, there is a pay lot right around the corner called EZ Park. Park there at your own risk.. Paid over $100 a day, we believe a palm frond fell on our car causing over $3000 damage to hood. The lot will take no responsibility in that. Just a warning it may be worth it to park in safer location or not under the huge palm tree in their lot!

Great location but limitations on property.
Great location and no issues checking on or out. The square footage worked fine. However, not having a workable master bathroom door was rough regardless who your sharing the room with.. The cable never worked and the master bedrooms load air conditioner directly blows on one side of the bed. Very difficult to sleep. If those issues could be fixed, I would return.

Great location!
We had a great time! The unit was in the perfect location to walk around to all of the bars/restaurants, shops and attractions. Parking was a challenge until we found a lot a block away that had overnight parking for $30/night. Overall we had an awesome time and would love to come back again!

Great location / Bad Ant Problem
Communication was great with rental company and they were super helpful. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and bath and the the pocket door to 1 of the bathrooms didn’t close taking away the privacy. Otherwise accommodations were nice. I’ve been to KW multiple times and the location really was great.

The AC Unit in the living room was leaking into the house, there were cocaroaches in the house. The Bedroom has insect feces all over the dresser and back wall. Very Disgusting
