Lived up to the positive ratings!
We stayed at Riptides this last week. Centrally located, this efficient unit is nestled right into the neighborhood just a few streets off of Duvall. It is still very quiet while close to action. Check in and communication with our host Whitney was great! Comfy bed, little kitchen and easy stay. It lived up to the positive ratings!

Whitney was very responsive to my questions and any concerns. I was there during Hurricane Milton and she was very supportive, suggesting a local grocery store I could use to get some food stuffs before the storm hit Key West. The location was very centrally located allowing me to walk everywhere while exploring Key West. Thank you for a great stay.

Cozy hideaway close to Duval Street
This was a good spot to stay for the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and just needed a couple days. It was great to be just a street over from Duvall Street and an easy Lyft ride to the wedding location. The room was very clean and the manager very responsive. The bathroom is a bit small but it was fine for our needs.

Efficient Studio Space
This studio is tucked away off street. The place was small but efficient and clean. Bed was comfortable and AC was cold. Great location and plenty of scooter parking spaces in front . Good for a couple just needing a decent place to sleep close to Duval.

Location is excellent! Very centrally located and easy (for me) walking distance to Duval St and everything I wanted to go to. Rental was clean and well stocked. I liked being in the back of the house where it was quiet.

Great experience & location!
The location of our stay was perfect. Everything was clean upon arriving, check-in was easy, communication with the property manager was excellent, & the local neighbors were quiet & respectful during our stay. The only downfall was other guests staying in the room next to us were a little noisy, we could hear them talking some, footsteps, & chairs scooting on the floor. Most of the activities & restaurants we wanted to visit were within walking distance. We wanted to stay in something small for our first time exploring Key West & I’m glad we chose RipTides. If you & your spouse want to get away & explore Key West for the first, I would recommend this cute little studio.

Whitney was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure that everything was up to standard. She even let us know if there were instances where she needed to be on the property which was greatly appreciated as a guest. The check in process was very easy, great location. We parked our rental car in a free parking space a block from the property and didn’t need to use it until it was time to leave. The property overall was very clean, we were provided linens & towels (both for bathing and for the beach). The only complaint we had was that the water pressure was not very good, we found that the toilet needed to be plunged more often than it should’ve been. And that the mattress cover was a bit dirty. Other than that, great property with great location & amenities.
