Great location!!
We stayed here for one night for an early morning Dry Tortuga trip. The location is great. The place is so cute and quiet even though you are steps from the action. Will definitely stay here again!! Wish we could've stayed longer! It's fun people watching from the balcony also!!

Perfect for 2!!
Great location if you wanna be close to the action. The only thing that may be a downfall is noise. Music at night and a lot of street cleaning (and roosters) early in the morning. We didn’t mind too much cause I sleep with a tv on, but light sleepers would struggle.

Great location, comfortable bed
Overall we were very pleased. The location is great, right off Duval, near the docks, a couple of blocks from Mallory Square, and near all sorts of food. The bed was terrific. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, not that we used it but worth noting. It was fairly clean and had everything we needed to recharge between days. The covered balcony was nice. This is next to multiple bars, so music can go late into the night. Also the bedroom could use more window treatments to block street lights. Although the bed was great, the room was so bright that it was like sleeping with a lamp on. Lastly, the door lock would randomly beep and spin. It never unlocked itself but we did initially think someone was walking in on us. Overall it is a great place in a good location.

no Internet or tv, the bill hadn't been paid in months according to the statement on the tv, floors were disgusting, dust caked on things, mold on caulk on bathroom sink

Great Location
First and foremost, very clean and amazing customer service. We had one minor issue, totally our fault, and management responded immediately. All home codes worked perfectly, extremely easy in and out. It is a bit loud until 10:00 pm…it is Key West! Roosters for sure, again….Key West! Would go back for sure.

Possibly the worst vacation rental in my experience
Right out of the gate, there was no response to my questions to the owner but my deposit became non-refundable within 24 hours of booking, so I was stuck. An answer was finally received 2 weeks later, which as you may expect was moot by then. Other communication was never answered. It would have been helpful to understand that the check-in location is almost a mile away from the condo. Without a car, that is a problem. They will store your bags, but you have to go back to get them at 4:00. The really objectionable part of the stay was the lack of cleanliness in the condo. The floors were filthy. The bedspread had a muddy dog print on it and so did the blanket underneath. The furniture was covered in pet hair. We vacuumed the furniture ourselves but still used the beach towels to cover the furniture so that we could sit on it. I texted with someone to notify the manager of my complaints, but nothing was done. They kept responding that they were checking into it. That is completely unacceptable. No one ever followed up. Next time I stay at a nice hotel.

Entertaining
Nice little quaint appt. Located close to the heart of key west duval st. Very entertaining sitting on the balcony watching people walk by day and night. The only con i can think of is their is a new restraunt/bar next door and played music very loud till about 11-12 pm. So it not a early to bed appartment.

Excellent location but....
Very noises, can't sleep there. Roosters start at 4 and go to 830 am. Someone with a blower starts at 6am including sundays , street sweepers in the middle of the night. The place needs a little TLC and pest control as we found some unwanted guests in kitchen. Trying to check in and get into place isn't easy

Great Key West Stay
Place was clean, spacious, and a fantastic location. We walked along the harbor every day and didn’t need to take a single Uber except to and from the airport. As other reviewers have noted, the roosters are loud, but we knew that coming in. It was so hot that we didn’t get to take advantage of the balcony as much as we’d like. Overall an awesome stay!

Location Location Location
Property Manager was on the ball with info with checkin . Where to get key , Codes what door to use. Here is our checkin day: We find property immediately get into our Frontier Flat so excited to be on island that we have never visited. We were in flat for 5 minutes and the neighbor comes barging in .”did you take my key?” No we didn’t take your key why would we ? We have our key not your key . We shut the door . Two seconds later knock knock . Hello . Two men our at our door . We are plumbers to rip up your toilet and reseal it . I’m like what . Yes we have a leak downstairs so we have to rip up your toilet and reseal it . I said we just checked in no one told us anything . They just help themselves in . I was furious! I called the property manager and she told me no one should be at your property . We immediately locked our selves in the bedroom and thought just what is going on. The plumbers told us it would take 15 minutes. Well they were there an hour or more. We didn’t know what to think . I was terrified. Just landed on a strange island two strangers coming to our door and property manager didn’t have a clue what was going on. The plumbers thank goodness we’re very polite and reassured us this was an emergency and they were legit. They apologized to us and understood our concern. So this is why I will not give this property manager 5 star. The property needs a good deep cleaning . It is just brushed over lightly with the cleaning . There is no directory in flat.

Excellent stay and great location
Everything about the property was great. Clean, comfortable, bright, and close to everything. Entrance is on the side of the building which initially was difficult to find, but that was a minor negative. I would stay here again.
