Property is dated and dirty. Floors were filthy and it is not being maintained. It needs a thorough scrubbing and a paint job desperately. Towels were awful. They didn’t absorb and left white fibers all over you when attempting to dry off. It could be nice but it needs work.

Convenient, clean, but a bit tired
Pool and spa area wonderful and water temperature great. Laundry room locked and had to call and email to gain access. Restrooms at pool locked. Nice quiet location. Easy access to everything in key west. Would stay in the same facility again but not same unit. Ice maker makes hammer noises. Red chairs in living room bizarre. Blue curtains?? Everyone we dealt with was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in making us comfortable

Check out was 10 AM on the dot, we got back a little after 10 and got lockout with our luggage inside. Contact Vacasa to open the door was a nightmare. Finally hung up and talked to the nice cleaning lady to open the door for us to pack up an leave. This is suppose to be a vacation rental, but having a strict 10 AM check out is bad business. Even Hotel have a 11 AM check out but still flexible for late check out. Never again. Bye Vacasa.

Great condo for Space and price
We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and nice complex with pool across parking lot. Only issue was no washer and dryer in the unit and for us not a deal breaker but we’d pack much differently if we knew we couldn’t wash on our trip. Overall great place if you don’t care about being close to Duvall.

Pretty basic
I enjoyed my stay but the TV remote was missing so no way to watch, pillows are too big, look pretty but uncomfortable. The dryer still doesn’t work as others have stated. The price was on the low side for Key West so that was nice. Kitchen could use more items. Overall decent. We made do.

Good value for what is is
It's a place to sleep while you enjoy Key West. There's nothing terribly special or fancy about this condo. The parking situation is terrible, with other residents/guests taking up multiple parking spaces with trucks/trailers/motorcycles, so if you stay out late enjoying KW's nightlife, expect to have trouble finding a spot to park past 10 pm. The dryer in this unit also was not in proper working order. We had to go find a laundromat to dry our clothes. Overall, though, it's still a decent value given what some places in KW are currently charging per night. Just don't come expecting a "resort" experience.

This was clean condo and updated. The only thing I’d say is a miss is the dryer taking forever to dry clothes and that wall where they put the washer dryer needs patched.

Wonderful and easy!
This location is perfect for a couples trip! It was 10 minutes away from everything we wanted- Ubering was very affordable. The apartment/condo was easy to access, and the home managers were very easy to get ahold of. They were very accommodating and gave us a great recommendation for jet skiing! The home itself was very clean, amenities were easy to use, the balcony was big enough for all four of us to hang out on! Not to mention the most beautiful view of a sunset. You should absolutely stay here!

Family Friendly Home
We had a great time staying at this property. It's right across the street from the beach and about 4 miles to Duval St. and Mallory Square. The house was very clean and stocked pretty well. We are a beach family but I believe we were down there during red-tide. Smathers beach had a lot of seaweed and smelled but we did get to go to the Fort Zachary which was beautiful. Our family enjoyed Duval St. and Mallory Square as well as the excursions we did. Overall the condo was great and we had a great time.

Nice condo for a vacation
This was a very nice condo that was clean, up to date and comfortable. The check in and check out process was so easy, it made a prefect location for a get-away for mini lobster season. We would definitely return next year.

The property was perfect for a family stay. We personally regretted not having an ocean view which was our fault in booking. Being close to the airport, there is quite a bit of noise.
