Ski Trip

Great ski condo

We stayed at this place for our guys ski trip. There were six of us and the place had plenty of room. Nice amenities and the hot tub was great. shuttle was just out the front door.

Great, but not walking distance

The house was great. However, it was advertised that it was walking distance to the gondola. I thought there might be some type of a ski in, ski out trail. It was actually approximately 0.7 mi to walk to the gondola which isn't great if you're wearing ski boots... I suppose if there was lots of snow you could ski down the road and then walk on the trail. But in reality I'm not sure I would advertise walking distance to the gondola. For the price we paid for this house, they also only had two trash bags, two soap pods for the dishwasher and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We were there for almost a week and that wasn't enough. Again for a large house. Knowing that someone's going to be renting it for a week you definitely need more. We hit up the grocery store several times so that we could keep running the dishwasher and wiping our asses. Again, really nice house and honestly the shuttle was fairly convenient but definitely shouldn't advertise walking distance to the gondola and they should try to supply it with a few more essentials, particularly if The house is going to be rented for more than just a couple days.

Great stay

The place was very nice! We wish they had a few more chairs on the deck ( there was only two) and a few household items but overall great stay! Nice beds and plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night!

Pictures Do Not Do This Place Justice

Just like my title, pictures do not do this place justice. It is much larger than the pictures display. There was plenty of room, all beds and couches were very comfy, and the entire place was very well put together. There was enough room for two large SUV's in the garage. Lots of kitchen appliances, utensils, silverware, etc. allowed for a comfortable dining experience catered to a large group. No issues with water, heating, or any other amenities. If you intend to use the hot tub, you may want to turn it on either the night before or early on in the day so it has enough time to heat up. I highly recommend this place to any large groups as this place accomodated my group of 11 and could have fit more.

Had a wonderful stay!

We were in town for a golf tournament. 8 slept comfortably! Loved all of the amenities and upgrades of the house. It was a comfortable and wonderful stay. Would book this condo again.

Perfect location!

This was a great property. Perfect location and beautiful views! Loved the two separate living spaces as it provided plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable beds too, which is a real plus for me. We would definitely stay there again! The only small negative was it needed to be cleaned a little better and bathroom drains were slow.

Winter adventure

Great location! Short drive to everything. Overall, the house was ok. High touch areas were clean, but dust on bed frames, under beds, etc. Majority of the towels had stains or covered in hair. Master bed was uncomfortable: worn mattress and squeaky frame. Less than ideal after a day on the slopes. Would’ve expected more for the price. And there’s a lot of stairs, so beware.

Great summer place for family

Our family of 5 enjoyed a summer vacation in this home. Great amenities and very well maintained. We will be back. The home is in a great (new) neighborhood within walking distance to River Run @ Keystone and very quiet. We enjoyed the spacious home and attention to detail with access to technology. The property team was quick to respond via text. The location is a nice staging area to trails, Lake Dillon, Breck, etc. Enjoy!

Gorgeous new home!

I was a bit hesitant to rent a home without any reviews, but I am very glad I did. The condo (attached to one other condo) is new, large, beautiful, and well-appointed. There is a heated double garage with a seating area for people to take off and store skis and boards then a mudroom area to take off shoes, gloves, coats and place in closet. This kept the main living area clean and uncluttered. We stayed six nights and had nine people....two in master bedroom, three in first floor"bunk room", three in second bedroom and one on upstairs sectional. This set up is perfect for a family with lots of singles/teens/children. The only downside would be if you wanted two masters. The secondary bedroom / bath is much smaller than the master bedroom, so if two couples are going there would have to be a choice to be made there. Towels, beds, sheets, and comforters were all new and very comfy. Pillows tended to be soft and thin, so take your own if you prefer firmer ones. The private hot tub was excellent and just three or four steps from bunk room. The kitchen had everything you needed as far as pots and pans, etc. Since it was new there was no "left overs" from previous renters such as salt, pepper, coffee fliters, etc. that you often find nor were there any board games, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. But anything it lacked in "hominess" was more than made up by it's cleanliness, decor, comfort, etc. As far as location, it is about a three or four minute drive to the free parking lot at River Run (four or more in the car and you park free at the very front). This is what we usually did as we had an adult not skiing most days who didn't mind just dropping kids off as there was usually something (crepes, rental repair, etc.) that was needed in the village. We did walk to gondola one day just to see how long it took. It was about a five minute walk in regular boots. I spoke with a neighbor who walked there in ski boots and he said it was about 10 minutes. There is also a parking lot at gondola you can drop off at. You go down the hill, take a left at the bridge and follow a cleared path to the gondola. It's a beautiful walk. There is also a shuttle that picks up in the subdivision. I was afraid we would be too far away from the village, but we were definitely NOT. This was a wonderful place at an affordable price. Easy rental process, easy access. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

Great location, nestled in the trees of keystone ! Great stay with our family. Beautiful scenery and really enjoyed the hiking trail right behind the property. The house was comfy, cozy and clean. I would highly recommend and might come back in December !
