Great townhouse/convenient location

Had a great time here. Location is very close to resort or shuttle parking lots and restaurants. GPS didn’t take us to the right home, so be sure and follow directions to the unit from the checkin instructions. Townhome is three story with the garage, one bedroom, & laundry room on entry level. Kitchen, living, deck/hot tub and master bedroom on 2nd level, and third bedroom on 3rd level. Deck floor is heated so even with snow you can get to the hot tub which was really nice. This is a two unit townhome so there was noise from the other unit. Could hear them talking and yelling through walls, but that was also while they were watching a football game. Garage is very low clearance, like 6ft so our f250 was too high to park inside and you cannot park in the driveway or you block the other units garage, which means we had to obtain parking off site. Just keep in mind if you have a taller suv/truck. Garage is heated so it was perfect for storing the gear at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, Overall we had a really nice time in this unit.

Lovely Condo!

There were 6 of us that stayed in this really nice, lovely condo! We really enjoyed the entire space and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary dishes/pots/pans etc. Everything was really clean. We loved the location. The only thing I would say to pay attention to is the ONLY parking for this condo is the 2-car garage. Our vehicle did not fit, and it was stated on our check-in page that we could not park on the driveway. I had never imagined this would be a problem. I went to the adjoining neighbor and luckily they were the owners of their condo and said there is parking behind our unit. There was a nice guest parking lot ride behind us that was never close to full. So thankful for the kind neighbor! We would definitely stay here again, bringing a blowup mattress though next time as pull out couches are not very comfortable for a 17 yr old. :)

Overrated

We stayed at this property due to its convenient proximity to Keystone Ski Resort, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to 8 different issues. The towels were dirty, the towel rack in the third-floor bathroom was broken, and the dryer barely worked. Hot water ran out after two showers despite the property being advertised for 10 people, and the water temperature in the showers fluctuated wildly either cold or hot no inbetween. The first-floor toilet leaked, the fridge’s water filter was overdue for replacement, and none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked as advertised. Overall, these issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

Convenient stay for ski weekend

The place was very clean and nice. Close to mountain house and Peru lift which was super convenient. Hot tub was AMAZING but is close to the highway. If you want more secluded, I probably wouldn’t choose this place but overall it worked perfect for us. Check in is at 4:30 PM and I asked if we could check in early if it was ready and it would’ve been a 15 few for every hour before 4:30. I thought that was weird.. we’ve stayed other places where they don’t care if we check in early if the house is ready.. so that was kind of annoying. But we had a good time nonetheless

Disappointing no functioning hot tub

We picked the property for location and size. We also wanted a hot tub. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning. The property came and confirmed that and that was the last that we heard— no follow up and no offer to make good on the promise of a functioning hot tub. There were also some items missing— no salad bowl and showers that need some type of gasket so that water does not leak everywhere. Location is good and the property could be improved with some attention.

Weekend Getaway in Keystone

The property was great for our family and visiting mother in law. Each having your own bathroom is a big plus. It was equipped with everything needed to make it an enjoyable weekend. Having the hot tub on the patio was great. It is located near the highway, so cars/trucks passing by at night with the windows open was a little bothersome. Overall a great property right in the heart of keystone.

5 mins to Keystone Resort

Three private suites accommodated 3 adult couples well. Close to mountain. Hot tub was nice and hot at 103 :) Full kitchen.

Great condo.

Great condo. Parking was a problem because we had 3 vehicles. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. I could not find a way to park anywhere else legally. Unable to pay for parking on line and no one was available to help.

Wonderful stay!

20 Rasor Court was amazing! The property was well kept, in a great location, and thoroughly stocked. I loved the vertical arrangement with the rooms on different levels - it makes the rooms feel private. The linens were clean and comfortable. The hot tub and grill were very nice extras. I would definitely stay again.

Disappointed

Booked this place because of the private hot tub which turned out to be broken for the whole duration of our trip. There was also a layer of dust on the floor in the whole house when we checked in. There was a note saying to take off our shoes and after 30 mins of walking around the house, our feet were all dirty. Not sure they even cleaned the floors before we checked in. This was also listed as 4 BR which actually turned out to be 3 BR and a loft with a sofa bed so our two year old ended up in a pack n play in one of the bathrooms. Other than that, the rooms were decently sized and the place had everything we needed. Just wished they had cleaned the floors and fixed the hot tub before we showed up.

Planning on staying again!

Kids enjoyed having there own rooms on different floors, for multiple adult couples this location gives each couple plenty of privacy! Hot tub adds a really nice touch on the balcony!

Glamping in Keystone

BWARE…This property’s pics were shot to make rooms look larger than they are. Lots of odd wall angles and very tight stairways. Upholstered furniture is very tired. It in no way should be advertised as sleeping 10 because 4 of those beds are pull outs that require significant furniture movement to make work and one doesn’t work at all unless you climb over beds. Also the mattress in LR pull out was uncomfortable, thin, old had and holes plus no mattress pad. Also most of the closets were filled with spare quilts, lamps, and other items leaving little room for our luggage etc last but not least mold in every shower either on floors & walls or shower curtains. Very disappointed.

The thermostats don’t seem to work. Even set at 60 degrees, the two upper bedrooms were so warm we had to open windows.
