What an amazing stay! We had a group of 6 with 2 of those being a 5 and 8 year old. We had plenty of room for each of us. The walk to the Peru lift is as close as you can get. You are a short walk to the ski school, the coffee shop, and ski rentals. Having the hot tub in the condo was a game changer. We had (almost) everything we needed. Just a few things id recommend is a Keurig, hot pads for pulling things out of the oven, a larger area to store skis, and a new couch. These are very small things id recommend and overall the place was clean and amazing! It was also so nice to have the texting service to get immediate help.

Booked this for a family vacation. Location was amazing! Close to lifts, bus route & gear rentals. Perfect place and we highly recommend. A bit hard to find in the dark but worth it.

Had everything we needed, was right on keystone, within walking distance of the gondola, beautiful area, and very nice to have the hot tub in the property in a secluded room for when the babies went to bed.

The condo is just across from the Peru lift and a very short walk away from ski school and keystone rentals. On days with fresh powder we were able to ski down schoolmarm/haywood and ski almost all the way to our front door. We really enjoyed our stay but there were a few things worth noting: -Whoever responds to messages on VRBO wasn’t great, we received incorrect info and then zero response when we tried to clarify. However, the management company is very helpful, just call them! -There is only free parking for 1 vehicle. Any others need to park in nearby lots and pay a minimum of $25/night. But make sure you choose the correct lot. Some have to be paid additionally at 6am each morning. You may even receive a ticket that you need to contest, even though you’ve already paid. -The dishwasher technically works, but you’ll need to wash the dishes before or after using it, and the bottom rack is broken, so it’s hard to load/unload. My only other ‘complaint’ is that there wasn’t enough space for all of our ski gear. There’s a locker, but it can only fit 2 sets comfortably, 3 if it’s tight. We ended up putting the rest in the hot tub room overnight. Overall I would rent this condo again, but I wish it were a little cheaper considering the additional for parking and lack of a decent dishwasher!

Some have said this property is a bit outdated and they are right. If you grew up in the late 70's early 80's like I did, it did not matter. Updates have been made.My family had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfortable.We had one issue and maintenance came within 24 hours to fix. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

Booked this place because of the private hot tub. Had a couple minor problems upon arrival, but management took care of them quickly. Location is great and the private hot tub was clean and definitely enjoyed. Close to the slopes and a quiet area. If you’re up to ski, this is the place for you.

The condo was perfect for our 3 night getaway at the end of Sept. The description of the property is accurate. We used the living room and kitchen during the evenings and were very comfortable. We also used the washer/dryer. The only feedback I'd give is to add a detailed map about which gate on the property you can enter.

My family and I loved the location! We were in walking distance of shopping and beautiful nature walkways. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for my family of 6. We will be returning next year and plan to get the same kind of unit.

The condo itself was beautiful! Excellent location, very clean. Other than the fact we were not informed ahead of time that the hot tub wasn’t working (which was the main reason we chose this property) communication with the host was fine. We were very disappointed that we weren’t informed before arrival.

RENTER BEWARE: It's unfortunate to give a bad review when this place is nice and also very clean, but it has many issues that need to get resolved before they rent it again. We chose this place because of the private hot tub which we never got to use. After two tries by a maintenance guy, we resigned ourselves to not using the hot tub. Upon arrival, we discovered the back patio door wouldn't lock. Obviously this is a safety issue so we called to get this fixed immediately. A different maintenance person came, couldn't fix it so gave us a metal bar to jam under the door knob. We never heard from anyone on this issue again even though they told us they would have the parts to fix it the next day. The heating vent in the master bedroom started a horrible screech in the middle of the night that went on for hours. Again, maintenance looked at it and couldn't fix it. We were advised to just not turn the heat on, which wouldn't be a big deal except it was in the low 30's overnight. We were told that all of these items are ongoing issues. I wish we had known that because we certainly wouldn't have rented the place. I let the owner know 2 days into our stay to give them the opportunity to make this right. They didn't bother to even try. Now you're warned.

Great stay in a clean, convenient location. Property was as described. No issues with anything in the condo. Location was pretty convenient for our Memorial weekend stay. Found some really good hikes which were quite close to the condo, as well. Overall, we would recommend this place.

Great place, exactly as pictured, good location, easy to access ski lifts and close to parking. Hot tub was clean and perfect after a day on the slopes. Plenty of room and plenty of towels. LOVED that each room controlled its own thermostat. Highly recommend this place and will be staying here on our next trip. Only bad thing I can say about this stay is there was was oder coming from the sink/ trash can areas and the Peru lift that is right outside this place was not open yet.
