Wonderful week
Our family spent a lovely week staying at this property. Absolutely loved the super short walk to the beach. Anini beach was great. Shallow and warm, good snorkeling and we watched lots of sea turtles. Home is a dated—fun to daydream and discuss possible updates.

Family time
The property was beautiful and the beach location perfect for our family get together. We had a great time. The only thing that wasn't as advertised was the hot tub didn’t work. It would have felt good after a day of kayaking and hiking. I would rebook this property again.

Absolutely stunning home
Absolutely stunning home! Great location! The check-in process was a little rough from the start. We were not in receipt of the check in instructions on how to actually access the property itself. It took close to an hour going through Vrbo to reach someone to get the instructions sent to us via email. Once we got to the home the home was absolutely stunning. It was late in the evening, but the morning sun rise, highlighted exactly what the property was all about and we could’ve been any happier. Woke up to the ocean and roosters :)

This home is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, thoughtfully decorated and incredibly located. So many spaces for lounging - both a front deck and a back one - as well as a large family room with comfy furniture. The beds too were amazing. There was tons of beach equipment provided - everything you could want or need! The home sits directly across the street from one of the beach accesses to Anini - a gem of a beach and an ideal place for snorkeling or playing in the sand with little ones or relaxing. I highly recomment this home and hope to stay there again!

Relaxing Paradise
Our family enjoyed every moment of our time in this beautiful house! It was perfect for our family of 6 to enjoy the beach, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and hiking.

Heavenly Vacation
This was an amazing location for our family. Three children under the age of 7, a teenager, and my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and being so close to the water. It was easy to set up a spot on the beach in the morning and go back and forth between house and beach all day. Water was great. Anini is some of the calmest water and most protected beach in Kauai. Great place for paddleboarding, seeing sea turtles, snorkeling, playing with the kids, etc. Highly recommend this home. There is an option to rent the small cottage behind the home. Would recommend that too.

Perfect location
Place is as nice as advertised. Had all the beach gear needed. Can't ask for a better location. We thought the lack of a/c might have been an issue but never even noticed. We did have issues with the oven when we tried to use it. I'm sure a quick maintenance check would resolve that though. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again.

Steps from the beach!
Overall, a great property and location. Spacious and clean, we enjoyed stand up paddle boarding on the calm waters in the morning. Well-stocked equipment shed - SUP, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc. The only thing to be forewarned is that the West-facing 2 rooms and family room can get HOT! When we arrived, we immediately opened all the windows, and hung out on the lanai, which is nice and breezy. Watched a movie from 7-9 in our swimsuits. By 9, the West facing rooms had cooled down enough to sleep. The master faces East, so it stays cool. The next two nights, it rained overnight so the rooms stayed cool until the early afternoon. It wasn’t a huge issue for us as we were out and about during the day, but if you have little kids that need to nap in the afternoon, they will have to do so in the master. But overall, an excellent experience and location!

Well Equipped Getaway
We are fortunate to travel quite a bit, this property was one of the best appointed we've visited. Lots of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel sets, paddle boards, full complement of kitchen gadgets, blender, pots and pans etc. If anything we'd want bedrooms to have A/C for summer months but that's about the only thing we'd change. Great place, lots of space indoor and out, steps to the beach!

Perfect Beach Getaway
Fantastic location and property. Literally steps from Anini Beach. The house is large and spacious, and comes fully stocked with everything you might need in the home or at the beach. The only drawback during our stay was the summer heat. The main area of the house stayed quite warm and the AC units didn't keep up during the main part of the day, but we were out of the house for the most part during this time. In the morning and nights it was very comfortable.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in every way....except weather...we were completely rained out for 7 days! So we spent more time in the house than planned...but it was so comfortable & well equipped! We will miss the exceptionally comfortable bed mattresses....slept like babies!😉 The kitchen is so complete...even a Vitamix! There is Apple TV & Netflix for entertainment, lots of beach toys, water shoes in every size, boogie boards, masks, snorkels & fins, beach chairs & towels & even a SUP! Amazing & so much appreciated! The location cannot be surpassed! We would return in a heartbeat!

The Best Location!
This home has the best location across from Anini Beach. It’s very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you need. We used the paddle board, boogie boards and chairs every day. We would love to come back soon!

Perfect home for 3 couples
We spent the week before Christmas with our two grown children and their spouses and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home was immaculate upon our arrival and during the week we stayed we never wanted for anything. The large living area was ideal for hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed to do whatever cooking we wanted. Sometimes when you have a three bedroom one of the rooms is smaller and not as well appointed so someone ends up feeling like the forgotten stepchild. Not the case here. All three bedrooms were of similar size so nobody felt slighted. The home also provided just about everything you could think of for your beach excursions. While being right on the beach certainly has its advantages being just across a street worked out great from a noise perspective especially with having the entire house opened up to enjoy the breeze. The home's location provides plenty of opportunity to explore the island as little or as much as you'd like. There are a few minor things in need of some attention but they are just that, minor and did not detract from thoroughly enjoying this home. If we should visit Kauai again we would certainly check this homes availability first.

Great property, basically beachfront with path across the street. Clean & Comfortable.
We had an outstanding stay. The home had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking, BBQ was also great. Home was in beautiful condition, with multiple lanais and very comfortable bedding. They also had tons of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment including fins, etc. Aside from everything the house had to offer the location was amazing. Directly across a small path to the beach, and a small ocean view really made our stay. Anini Beach was great for snorkeling, swimming, and never felt too crowded. We can only hope to return to this home!
