"Greeted by host and showed around the tips & tricks of apartment and neighborhood. The small townhouse complex faces the road but the promenade/beach is just behind 2 min walk (peek of the sea from bedroom windows) Clean, comfortable, roomy bedrooms with wardrobes, end tables. Plenty of towels and 2 nice showers, just pay attention to instructions for water heater if you have a group that may want hot showers different times of day. "We loved our stay in Doolin! These lodges were a perfect home base for exploring this area. We visited the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands, the Burren. Our lodge was so close to the Cliffs of Moher, we even went twice, because the cliffs are so beautiful, we couldn’t get enough. There are lots of pubs and places to eat nearby, and the lodge itself is equipped with everything for cooking. "The cottage was absolutely perfect for our two week stay. We loved not having a TV and spent two whole weeks almost completely unplugged. There is no oven but we planned on dinner out most nights anyways. There were pots and pans to manage a breakfast or a grilled sandwich. The place is walking distance to the village which has several options for food and we loved Green’s pub. I highly recommend Monk’s for dinner! Highly recommend!!"
