We checked out after one night due to uncleanliness which the owner admitted he had a replacement cleaning crew. When we texted problems with the house as requested in the owners book, the owner did not apologize he said we could check out. We did check out because we found a roach in the coffee maker, no wash clothes, damp towels in a cabinet, exposed wires, broken bulbs, dirty fish and turtle tanks, and no top sheet on the master bed. The master shower stall wax dirty and we were tired of fixing things. To unplug the patio lights I was directed to a location in the garage, but there was no working light in the garage, where I found exposed wires. I requested a refund from the owner for the three days after we checked out, but I haven’t heard from the owner! Please help me get a reasonable refund for this terrible first VRBO experience!
