Just What We Needed!

We were thrilled to snag this property last minute on the busy July 4 weekend. It's a lovely little condo and with ample space (we were a group of 7 persons). Love the resort it's located in—got to play tennis, swim in pool, use the steam room. Would recommend!

Killington Townhouse

Great home, great location, easy check in/out. The resort amenities and staff (pool, gym, sauna & steam) were very nice. Home was immaculately clean. Communication from property management were on point. Will not hesitate to book this home again.

30th Anniversary trip

This is our third stay in Killington VT and every time we have stayed in the Woods development. It is quiet and relaxing but close to everything we need. The fall colors are also wonderful. The home we stayed in was a bit dated but was clean, secure, and very comfortable for our week-long stay. It had modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and was more than enough space for two people. The sauna and whirlpool tub were also great. Communication with the host (Vacasa) was very good, and we again had everything we needed. We plan to come back to Vermont and would have no issues staying here again.

4 day ski getaway

We were very impressed with the overall layout of the unit. Nice living room. Bedrooms were just as advertised. the hot tub in the master bedroom was perfect. for us skiers Killington resort was just up the road. Here are a couple of negatives that we encountered. 1) The dishwasher had a note on it that said "Please do not use the dishwasher it is not draining" then under this the previous tenant wrote "this sign was here when we arrived. Have to wash dishes by hand". Really come on Vacasa get this fix for the price we payed. 2) Both the entrance door and secondary door were kicked in at some point. Both main door had the jamb split right down it and secondary door was split down the door itself,someone had a heck of a time trying to break in. This doesnt look good. Other than this we would stay again.

Family ski weekend

Property is clean. It is outdated, but pink wallpaper didn’t affect our fun! . Family came in for a ski weekend and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Close to the mountain, pool, hot tub and sauna… Lots of dishes!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Killington. We were very surprised at the property. It was a very nice place to stay. A little large for a party of 2, but if you had a big family or a bunch of friends I highly recommend it. The only negative I could give is that the smell of smoke from the fireplace is throughout the entire home. So if you don’t want to smell campfire throughout your entire visit..find another property.

Great spot but needs maintenance

We’ve stayed here twice and would stay again despite the general maintenance it needs badly. Windows, lights a drain that doesn’t work. The fire place flu needs desperately to be cleaned. It smells even when the damper is closed and not in use. Also the fitness center’s pool is kept too cold to enjoy. However the rooms are spacious and you have everything you need.

Home is very clean and cozy and has everything you need. We loved that every room has an ensuite. Location was great and grounds were attractive and well-maintained. Some mattresses would need replacing, and decor could use an update, but overall a very pleasant experience!

Review of Condo F3 at The Spa in the Woods

We were very happy with the condo and everything in the condo was "as advertised". Lots of space, clean and very comfortable. I have two suggestions: 1. we were not aware that the Spa was closed from June 20- 23, so that was a little disappointing. When the spa opened on June 24, the water was too cold to swim or go in the hot tub. 2. I'm from Canada, so I turn my phone to airplane mode and I didn't get some of your communications until I arrived in VT or got home. Please send your communications one day before check-in and check-out. Otherwise, the trip was great. Thank you. James

Great Ski Trip Stay

The property is located in a very convenient location, and very comfortable. Close to the lodges, shopping and dining. The unit itself is very well equipped and very comfortable. We had a total of (5) people; however, could have comfortably accommodated another 1 or 2. The interior finishes are a little dated, but the unit is very functional and in very good condition. I will certainly look to stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Wrong timing

The home was beautiful. And very accommodating. The amenities were the best, from the bedding down to the extras in the kitchen. Beds are so comfortable. It was so quiet secluded and perfect for my family-cation. Only down was we must not have done much research on activities. We were almost just so bored while touring killington. Attractions and activities don't kick of until the next weekend. Overall the stay was perfect. And I want to convince more family members to join the fun. We will most certainly be back. Thanks again
