"Es war sehr nett im Dorf zu wohnen. Wir haben dort auch jeden Abend in der Taverne in Mires gegessen. Ein Tag gab es einen Stromausfall, und wir haben bei Anastasia im Minimarket einen türkischen Kaffee (auf Gasflamme gekocht) erhalten und ein paar Dorfbewohner getroffen. Sehr familiär. Man kann sehr gut die ganze Gegend um Agios Nikolaos erkunden."

"Very beautiful place, with a stunning view. Nicely remote so we could spend time on our own, but still close by lovely fishing villages and shopping opportunities. Spacious and clean apartment well connected with the terrace and pool. We will definitely be back. Only challenge was the internet, which makes it difficult to work from there. Finally, Stacia is an excellent host."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Kreta. Die Gegend um Agios Nikolaos ist traumhaft und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Unsere Unterkunft war genau, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Alles war sehr sauber und der Vermieter sowie die Reinigungskraft sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps erhalten. "Crete is gorgeous! We did so much exploring, we didn’t spend as much time at the apartment as we thought we would. The space is small, but clean and well furnished. The private pool and surrounding views are absolutely phenomenal. I would only take off one star off due to the heat. The owner (who is lovely) has a small indoor A/C unit set it that did help, but we were there in August and it just could not keep up. We would return despite this, but in a cooler month. "

"A lovely place, situated conveniently close to beaches, various restaurants, local shops and a 'mini'market'. Free parking is available uncovered or covered. None of the properties around the 20m x 10m pool look at each other, increasing your privacy. The only downside was the management dealing with problems etc. We advised them that the TV was not working. They said that that they would arrange for an engineer to come out, but nobody came."

"Lo unico que nos gusto fueros las vistas desde las zonas comunes. Las habitaciones de 301 a 307 son de hotel de 2 estrellas. Contratamos en agosto 5 noches en habitacion con vistas al mar en AD el precio por noche 165 eur. Teniamos una ventana pequeña que daba al mar si pero en planta calle por lo que pasaba constantemente gente teniendo que tener la cortina echada, lo que dejaba a la habitacion ya no solo sin vistas si no sin apenas luz natural. El baño lo medimos y tenia 2,25 metros cuadrados...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful - couldn’t have asked for more. The actual hotel is very clean and well kept. However, it is almost split in half in terms of renovation / comfort - both for the rooms and communal areas. Overall comfortable and nice, but could be better for the price point. The half board buffet was a little disappointing in terms of range / quality, but the restaurant staff were very kind. Would go back, but probably wouldn’t take the half board option next time. "
