Lovely warm welcome
It was a lovely house and the owners gave it a very warm and Welcoming feeling. The house is beautiful and the grounds very well kept. I come back down there. I will definitely contact these owners again.

Clean and Comfortable in Kingman
The house had everything I needed. A well equipped kitchen, nice living room and comfortable bed & bath. Easy commute for my work and loved being able to park in the garage out of the hot Arizona sunshine. Everything about the reservation was smooth - easy check-in and check-out process. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Kingman.

Clean and inviting
Modern decor, all amenities provided. Close to so many grocery stores, dollar stores, good restaurants. Beds fairly comfortable, lots of towels provided along with washer and dryer. Close to trains so bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise. I would return to the same place again and recommend to anyone.

Great central location
We had plans to visit sites between Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and route 66. While each was a drive it helped to have a central home base. House was exactly as offered and super clean. Would book again

My boys were there to play a golf tourney. We came up Thursday to play a practice round and then they played Friday & Saturday. Was perfect place for us to rest and relax!

Amazing experience
Our home was being remodeled so we did a staycation and this home was extremely comfortable and inviting. There were snacks and coffee waiting for us, bikes, fire pit, and a fun outdoor game of bags. It is also in a good location and we felt safe. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this home!!!

Hiking Trip 2023
Very comfortable and clean. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Came up to go hiking. Crazy weather (rain/snow) but the house helped make the trip more enjoyable. Close to White Cliffs trail. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Definitely recommend - will not disappoint. Will stay again if in the area.

Everything you need
We loved how our family was immediately comfortable in this house. The kids loved the toys, which are easily put away in a closet for those adults who don't need them. The beds were amazingly comfortable too. We also loved being able to pull our vehicle into the garage. Will be looking to book here again in the future!

Perfect stay!
This house far exceeded our expectations! This house had everything you could ever need. Clothes, toothbrushes and toothpaste is really all you need! It had warm, cozy blankets and comfortable beds and pillows. There was nice amount of closet space, hangers and a hamper. It was very clean and everything was so upgraded and new. There was even a fruit basket and waters that guests are able to enjoy. There were so many cute details including messages on the doors, inspirational messages in their decor and cute little towels that said “make-up”. We didn’t have babies or pets but they had a nice dog bed, cat scratchers, a basket of toys and a portable bed/playpen. Another big bonus for us, was the nice empty garage where we were able to safely store our motorcycles. This house was perfect for my husband, my two boys and myself. This house made our trip so comfortable as it was very warm and inviting! The area seemed quiet and safe. If there is ever a time we need to come back, we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect for our needs
Came into town for a wedding and this house was a fantastic base of operations for our stay. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe and it was easy to get to the places that we needed to go. We appreciated the waters and snacks on arrival. The check-in process was incredibly easy and we had no issues during our stay. Can't ask for much more out of a rental. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location - Perfect House
The house was just as described. We were looking for a location in between the West Rim and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. This fit our needs. We also found a hike about 5 minutes from the home "White Cliffs" that was awesome. We visited the "Keepers Of The Wild" animal rescue sanctuary on route 66. It was very interesting and they take such good care of the animals. The house is so clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. My husband and I loved all the little positive affirmation reminders throughout the home, If our travels bring us back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

This home was welcoming, clean and bright. Lots of thoughtful extras. Coffee, fruit basket, a booster block for littles at the table, potty seat and playpen if needed, board games, and bikes. A little something for everyone. Checkin was easy breezy! I will definitely consider staying again when we visit the area!!
